Second visit and possibly even better than the first. Tasty food and well spiced - the Madras was about halfway to Vindaloo strength and like a Vindaloo had vinegar in. The fried Momos with a spicy peanut sauce were excellent. Large portions and lovely attentive service.

Excellent in every way. Lovely friendly welcoming service and food of the highest quality. Very reasonably priced even before the Fork discount. Recommended.

Our meal was delicious, piping hot and really authentic. It’s not a fancy restaurant, but the atmosphere felt real.

Thank you for a wonderful meal! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Curries were terrific - especially the saag! Be prepared to wait - they are busy!

Just exceptional food. Everything we ate was totally delicious and the lady who served us was really attentive.. You would completely miss this place but hunt it out as it's totally worth it. The only down side is that its advertised on here as taking credit cards but when we tried to pay we were advised they only took Portuguese cards. It's a good half hour round trip to the nearest ATM so bring cash.

Indian curries are spot on. I know because I am Indian and eat home made Indian cuisine all the time and this restaurant ranks as one of the best for authentic and tasty curries. Would be good if the tables were larger in order to fit the food on the table and eat in more comfort and something needs to be done about the air conditioning as the fans are inadequate.

The lamb was chewy it could have been better. The sauces were all tasty. The place needs a proper AIR Conditioning. Well the 30% discount was a good surprise

What a lovely wee place this is. If I hadn’t already read the reviews on this place we’d have just walked passed it. I was there with my husband and we shared onion bahji and mushroom 65 for starters, chicken and mushroom curry and lamb saag for main and a side of pilau rice and a peshwari nan. The food was amazing. The service was very good too. Booking through TheFork we got 30% off our bill. If we had been in Lisbon for more than 2 nights we’d have gone another night for food. The one and only thing I would say is that we were sat near the toilet which just had a screen up and was a little smelly of toilet cleaner so you’d be better asking for a table near the door or the window. All in all a great place and we would defiantly visit again.

The food was nice, spices were smooth and the taste was very elegant among the town. Fusion of new flavours which you can feel in the taste buds. Overall it was good experience. The channa masala was lit ????

It was quite the walk there to hear that the main courses we had chosen in The Fork's menu weren't part of the online booking so they couldn't be ordered. We had starters and left.

We were the only diners at 6pm. Our waiter showed us to our table efficiently but then disappeared and we had to try a few times to get her attention. We ordered 3 main courses to comply with the 30%off promotion. A chicken chow mein, Madras lamb (nice and spicy) and I asked for a Matar Paneer, which was listed as a starter but was told could be upgraded to a main course. It’s the latter dish that proved to be the undoing of the evening. It arrived drowning in peas and literally 4 small cubes of paneer. The chow mein and madras chicken was reasonably tasty but the paneer was too firm and too few. The real shock was the bill. The paneer main cost €12. That’s more expensive that their prawn dish at €11.50. It’s also more expensive than the fish dish at the award winning Andaluz restaurant in the city and the most expensive Paneer I’ve ever had. I questioned the cost a few times and was told ‘that’s the price’. I felt like an idiot since it’s off menu and I should have asked, but it just isn’t justifiable.

This indian/tibetan restaurant was an excellent choice especially with the discount. Welcoming staff, delicious food, and nice atmosphere. We'll definitely go again. :)
