Il risultato? Piatti come “Tartare di manzo, giardiniera e curcuma”, i “Ravioli di broccoli in minestra di arzilla” ed il “Tiramisù di zabaione e zafferano, gelato di liquirizia e cacao”.

    Intriguing and wholly satisfying use of ingredients. Beautiful progression of courses that closed the circle from first to last. One wine just a bit perplexing vis-a-vis the food.

    This place's food might be good for Italianos but not for Asians. Foods are creative and looks special but taste was not good for me. The staffs seems they were not welcoming us.

    Excellent food, creative on a traditional base. The smaller tasting menu (70 euros) is beautifully sequenced and completely satisfying - the larger tasting menu looked like to much unless you have a big appetite.

    We had the traditional progression tasting menu. A good mix of traditional dishes put in a contemporary way. The veal was unexpectedly the best dish of the night, very juicy and tender. Service was great. But a bit too formal for my personal taste, I guess it comes with the territory of a Michelin starred restaurant. A lot of food but it’s not cheap.

    Excellent dishes ! Nothng to say from this point. Therefore I would have expect to deal with mature and experiences waiters. The main one was pretty experienced but at some point the other one was realler young and not really confidence. Anyhow we would remind a nice time
