Had a great dinner with my family. Such a fancy restaurant! Highly recommended
We ordered octopus and a steak. The octopus was excellent but the steak was overcooked. The waitress asked us for tip which isn’t common in Europe.
a very nice and intimate restaurant ???? with kind and friendly waitress. the food is very good and accurate, made in a semi open kitchen. really a good surprise
Very delicious, service to be improved. We ordered octopus and codfish which both were super delicious. Only caviat was that the waitress was a bit overwhelming.
The place outside does not attract attention. Once you enter you find a very nice and cozy restaurant. Delicious food and precise attention. I recommend the dois Cuervos craft beer, the "arroz de polvo" and anything with "bacalao".
Very nice atmosphere with music. Service was amazing and the food was cooked well. Recommend this place for family, friends and romantic dinner!
I have been here with my daughter and the dinner was very nice. Al the atmosphere was delicious. First time in Lisbon and I’ll bring with me a nice memory. The staff was very disposall and cordial. Very recommended restaurant!
Very good food and excellent value with discount.
Very nice Place, very good food... Octopus very very testy
Superable octopus and tomato soup.
I chose this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews (#15 in Lisbon) and was expecting to be wow’d. I was not wow’d. I arrived to find a large restaurant, but without charm or uniqueness. It fronted the street that runs right into Praça Do Comercio, a very tourist heavy street. This should have been my first warning sign. When traveling, I try to mostly patronize small mom and pop homemade food eateries, that typically pit lots of love into their food. This restaurant was sadly not of the same caliber. My oven baked goat cheese in honey and herbs was only slightly baked (more on just the warm side), while the honey and herbs seasoning consisted of drizzled but heated honey, some streaks of dissonant other sauces on the plate, and a scattering of red peppercorns. I expected the dish to be a version that I immensely enjoyed the night before at a small taberna in Principe Real. It was not even in the same league as my previous dish. My guess is that the establishment knows the dishes that tourists expect, and make the effort to have a barebones version on their menu. No love. No taste. No enjoyment. I next had the octopus Portuguese style. The presentation was fine, and somewhat exciting. The full octopus was placed whole over a bed of boiled potatoes, yellow pepper and tomatoes. Unfortunately the entire concoction was swimming on a puddle of melted butter. No seasoning. Seemingly no salt. And oh so very boring. The waitresses tried to be helpful, but didn’t once appear to share a love for their menu items by describing preparation or ingredients or even sharing the daily specials. They seemed more focused on upselling wine bottles and dessert. I ordered neither. I regret this dining experience. I wish I had read more reviews. Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2019? Really? Based on what?
Great food! I loved the portuguise octopus!
Service was slow. Waitress seemed to be new and had a bit of a hard time with our order. One steak dish did not come as ordered, was quite rare when medium was ordered. They replaced the order but that person in our group ate by himself. Once we got the food as ordered, it was pretty good. They have some work to do to make this a 4 or 5 star experience.
Traditional Food, clean and partly very Kind staff. Very Good Cocktails and the Happy Hour (until 8pm) is a very Good offer. Food was in some cases not salted.
Excellent Portuguese food, excellent service, and excellent location.
Food was fresh, well prepared and nicely presented. Only the service was not equivalent professional. Knowledge in wine was a bit poor and the explanation of dishes not precise.
Really good food and excelent personal treatment
Our party of four adults dined at the restaurant on two consecutive nights. We had a selection of starters, main courses and desserts. The food and service was excellent and the owner was most welcoming. The wine list was extensive. We will certainly eat there again on our next trip to Lisbon.
Замечательный ресторан. Выбрали и не пожалели. При заказе через интернет, получили скидку 30% на все блюда. Пробовали осьминога по португальски, утку, томатный суп, брусчетту. Всё очень вкусно! Рекомендуем!
The waiter was nice but didn't speak Portuguese. I made a mistake, the reservation was only for 2 but we were 4, so, the discount was only for the 2 more expensive dishes. Flavored good.. I might come back
