    Very social, helpful and skilled staff that helped us with our selection of food and matching wine. The food was great. The bearnaise sauce was to thick and a way too small portion, but the waiter was very active and asked us plenty of times if we wanted more of anything so no problem at all. A great evening.

    Good, could be great. Quality food, nice decor, good location. A little better service (friendly but felt too many patrons not enough help) and attention to flavor of the beef would be welcomed. We needed to salt unfortunately. Frittes we soggy vs crisp and were also a little bland.

    Everyone was so helpful and nice, and the food was absolutely amazing. We admittedly ate too much of the starter and therefore could not finish our main plat, but we were so happy with everything.

    I went in with very high expectations and overall I think it was excellent. My major gripe with steak in France is they simply don't put enough char on the meat. I clearly asked for 'well charred' (and medium rare) and the steak arrived with a few cross hatches of char and nothing else so it was rather pasty coloured in between. The meat quality was excellent, the 'sharing menu' plan is very clever and good value and the entrees were all very well executed. Please listen to your customer next time, cooking meat is a religion, and you are a meat restaurant, so it should be so simple for you to do properly, I'm happy to come show you how!

    Excellent "steak-house" with a wonderful contemporary French style. Outstanding beef dishes - expensive but very high quality. Great wine list - great place for a business dinner or getting together with good friends.

SPÉCIALITÉ DE VIANDE - Idéalement situé dans le quartier Raspail-Luxembourg à Paris, le restaurant Sur la Braise propose une cuisine saisonnière élaborée par son chef Meruen Ferchichi. Pièces maîtresses du lieu, les viandes : la viande française en provenance d’Aubrac et de Salers, mais aussi étrangère, Black Angus des USA, Wagyu du Chili, Grain-Fed d'Uruguay, fournie par la boucherie Lesage. Design épuré, déco couleur ardoise en verre et acier inspirée des steaks house traditionnels américains.

LE PLUS – Ici, les viandes sont cuites dans un four à braise Josper d’origine espagnole - élégante combinaison entre un barbecue ouvert et un four. Résultat, une viande savoureuse, moelleuse et tendre à souhait.

À NOTER – Au restaurant Sur la Braise vous pourrez choisir entre le comptoir chic éclairé par le mur de bouteilles ou l'univers plus cosy des banquettes en cuir, des tables en verre et des ampoules incandescentes.
