    We enjoyed our dinner very much. On the day we visited the restaurant unfortunately experienced a lot of cancelation because of the massive strikes of public transportation in Paris. So it was very quiet. I suppose it has usually a livery and pleasant atmosphere..

    We were surprised to learn of the change of management but not disappointed in the food. No longer Asian fusion and fun cocktails but extremely refined and unusual. The waiter was amazingly helpful and friendly. Very fresh food. The pumpkin ravioli and the ceviche are to die for. The veal as well. The lemon tart and cassis dessert also fantastic. I hope that the new owners can make a go at it. I say this because there were not many customers but it was a rainy night mid-week.

    So sorry to say this but my expectations were higher. Went to this resto 3d time, which is a good signe. But this time it was not good One person at the service, for 15 peoples he is trying to do his best but it was sooo00 long! Friday could be rather busy and they could take one extra person! To have a starter after 30min and main course in 1h20h? For this price we are expecting at least good timing and WARM food at plate. Vitello tonato was served mostly sauce instead of carpaccio of veal. (Very tinny slices of meat) Seviche of daurade, very good concept with raspberry but what is fish sauce (asiatic) are doing in? It kill all flavor. Anyway everyone is trying to be expressive Fish is over cooked, vegetables without taste plus to greasy. Can you imagine to eat cold vegetables with a lot of butter?? Even an excuse that "sorry I have a big table" doesn't help me to calm down. Is in my fault? Meantime we most eat bread do not die of starving Zéro desire to order dessert because no more patience. At least you can offer one to safe à situation but no, it was not a case. Chefs, are you trying to keep their customers which will come back again ???? And btw, 2chefs? You didn't deside who is senior?
