Este restaurante, que se encuentra dentro del hotel Pestana Plaza Mayor, aumentará las ganas de los madrileños de desplazarse hasta el Madrid de los Austrias. Donde antes aparcaban los camiones de bomberos, ahora encontramos un espacio gastronómico con muchísimo encanto y dedicado a la carne. El chef portugués Rui Martins se luce con las técnicas más punteras y, junto con el español Pablo Bernal, reinterpretan las recetas tradicionales portuguesas y españolas. Súper recomendable el chuletón de tomate rosa, pimiento asado y helado de aguacate, el steak tartar de vaca de Guadarrama o el tartar de gambón sobre tuétano. Mmmm…

    Service was fantastic . The rib eye was divine, the fat melted in my mouth and the flavor was excellent. I also thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp and marrow. My husband loved his Rib chupa-chups and truffle mashed potatoes. Dessert was great too.

    The overall experience was excellent. Sadaque showed us our table quickly and continued to deliver extraordinary service over the entire evening. We had prawns as a starter and T-Bone Steak as a main dish - both of high quality and taste. The wine recommendation was good as well. We recommend this place to everybody who wants to spend an evening with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.
