A rare pearl among our careful selection of the best addresses right now

Excellent cuisine with a good part of creativity and innovation, but respectful of tradition. This little restaurant is a gem hidden in Amsterdam.
We had a wonderful evening at Sinne, the food was incredible, the wine delicious and our waiter Paul was just great. We will come back and recommend it to our friends for sure!
Really nice ambience and food thank you for everything My husband and I had a really happy honeymoon dinner Thanks a lot
very interesting (and tasty!) modern cuisine with superb winepairing. in the food you can feel the passion and the care about details. a bit too loud to cheat chat, maybe it would be great to work on accustic, but this is nothing to do with chef. Chef- well done!
Excellent service, high quality food and would highly recommend Sinne. The food and wine pairing is a nice experience and memorable experience. Look forward to having dinner again at Sinne restaurant
We have had an amazing evening! The Kitchen Performance was nearly Perfect and we had so much Fun with the Service! Thank You All Team Sinne!!
Good location, service, price and atmosphere. We really had a great time and enjoyed every dish at Sinne. We could feel the high quality in food and the good cooking skill that chef want to present to us. We never know how the simple ingredients can match so well until we came here so my friend and I were impressed by the sparkle created by the food combination of ingredients. This dinner was the most beautiful and delicious we have ever had in Amsterdam. Last but not least, we are from Taiwan. If my friends travel to Amsterdam in the future, I will recommend they visit Sinne. So will I. Besides, the waiter who served us that day was so nice. Welcome you to Taiwan someday. Thank you.
Wonderful cooking and good atmosphere. Suitable for business as well as family dinners. Waiters are good listeners. We went with our 3 teenage son's (real gourmands), who selected the place from internet. I was prepared for a mismatch between restaurant and the expectations of their age category, but Sinne managed to keep them and us very happy. Forever spoilt.
Not the easiest place to book a table but now i know why ! A perfect mix of michelin star quality food and service ( well deserved) combined with a low key and comfortable setting. Inventive combinations that work...cured egg yolk (like parmesan)with chocolate works. But the biggest plus is that you can combine your menu however you want , no extra price. this is a good lesson for many other restaurants in Amsterdam. For us the service was exactly what we would wish for , correct, polite, a sense of humor, but most of all he knew what to do and what he was talking about. I'm a fan .
We went for the whole journey 8 courses, and did not regret one bite. Presentation and taste were more than fantastic. The service was also lovely, not distant and awkward as you can sometimes experience in star restaurants, but open, friendly and down to earth.
I went to this restaurant for a romantic dinner. Everything was perfect. Food is amazing with original flavors, right texture, the wines are fine and prices are reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to any gourmets in Amsterdam! Besides, service is efficient and very accommodating.
You should rather not tell the service that the wine is not cold enough. They will react very rude. The staff was very much in a rush. E.g. the water was poured in while running, so the table ended up to be totally wet. The food was good. However, the main dish was cold when it was served. But after the incident with the wine we just kept our mouth shut because we did not want to be snapped at again.
I've dined at Sinne 3 times now and have not been dissapointed. Bookings have to be made a while in advance but it's worthwhile as Sinne offers high quality food and service in a slightly informal and relaxed setting. Also, very good value for money when considering the expertise of the chef
After several weeks of trying to get a table at Sinne I was finally lucky as a cancellation just pop-up. We were not disappointed and food is really on a high level with a good value for money ratio. Can we say that there is a clear differentiation to a few other non- Micheline Star restaurants? I am not sure, the love for details and the different elements of flavours to create a unique taste is evident but it did not stand out in the way I expected for a Micheline star restaurant. We really liked the good service which is unfortunately unusual in Amsterdam especially at the beginning when the restaurant was not packed which changed slightly after the restaurant was full. We certainly can recommend to visit Sinne and you will get decent food and caring people but we think it could do better. Wine was fabulous and the recommendation was right on. We will check out another time to see if they offer consistent quality and surprise with new idea's! Unfortunately we can not share this as its not allowed to rate the same restaurant twice.
Very impressed, food was excellent. Service was great I had to downgrade on service only because they struggled a bit with my friend who has a nut allergy and I had notified them in advance. The waiter was good humoured when we gave him a hard time in a playful way. Wine was also excellent. I would definitely go back, only annoyance is it's difficult to get a table, booking is about 3 weeks out depending on what day of the week you want to come.
Had dinner on a Sunday around 19:00 at Sinne's for my anniversery. Didn't know they just received a star. We had the Chef's menu and a Wine arrangement of 3 glasses. My boyfriend had to drive, so he got the same wines, but smaller amounts. That was very considered of them. First we started with some oysters and a glass of champagne and then the chef's menu. The food was really good and something different to taste, worth every penny. I loved the way you could look into the kitchen; an open kitchen, without all of your clothes smelling of food! My favorite dish was the egg dish with white truffel, that was absolutely amazing! The wines fit really good with the food they served. I loved that they had a "lepel kaas" in the chees plateau. We ended with a cappucino and an Irish coffee with cream whipped by hand (the way it's supposed to be). There was only one downside of the evening: there was this waiter that acted really nervous and didnt take the time to actually talk to us or explain the food and wine extensivly. The way he acted made me kind of nervous too. And I didn't like the way he leaned on the table every time he explained something to us, it was just not right. After a while we got used to the nervous waiter and relaxed. The rest of the evening was amazing. We felt welcomed, served, had great food. The bill was 250 euro's including tip. I wouldn't eat here every week, but if you have something to celebrate, Sinne's the place to be with a mix of posh guests and guests with Nike airmax's on. Very comfortable and worth your money.
Lovely food let down by slow service. We had a lovely meal at Sinne. Food was very nice and inventive. I had a coquille with Black truffel starter And a chocolate fondant which were beautiful. Cheese selection And wine selection were also great. Sinne takes slow food to The extreme though. We arrivés at 8pm, had our starter at 9pm. By 10pm, we did not have our middel course. Although Staff is very friendly, food just is not delivered fast enough. The kitchen would need more Staff or there should be less tables. Overall a pleasant evening which could have been amazing.
