Before I came, I am expecting ERH to be more Japanese than French. But I think the experience is the opposite. The amuseboche is very good, we are very impressive by the vérités it’s offered. But the main dishes are bit disappointed.

We had an excellent lunch. All the courses were delicious and offered some nice surprises like the estragon granité in the dessert. We had to wait slightly between the courses but no complaining otherwise. Very good quality for the price.

Absolutely delicious French-Japanese fusion with some unique twists like pepper ice cream, whiskey cream and an intensely flavourful broth in a bag. The service was fantastic and it was fun sitting near the kitchen watching the chefs at work. The six course tasting menu came with a surprising assortment of mini appetizers before the courses even began as well as an extra dessert at the end so definitely a remarkable value in terms of the sheer diversity of food.

Ordered the weekday lunch menu. Excellent food for the price paid. Service was attentive with the staff voluntarily explaining all menu items and their ingredients in English. Dining room had a nice atmosphere - buzzing with conversation and relaxed vibe. No stiff dress code so ideal for tourists wearing trainers and carrying backpacks and shopping bags. Would definitely recommend and will go back on a future Paris trip.

Returend right after they received Michelin star. The service was faster. We had a bigger lunch menue, good potion maybe not for a small eaters. Dishes were very well presented and w/a lot of vegetables. We thought dishes were rather salty but again, it was good w/various wine we had. House prepared gas water was too flat this time also. Desserts are great, not too sweet. It was a b-day lunch of my friend and they offered a special cake beside the regular dessert, thank you! They forgot the Yum reduction again, maybe they didn't think I'll come back so soon again...

Young and very casual services; was fine w/us but could annoy certain type of clients. Due to the big groupe ? the service was very slow, it was ok for us as we weren't in a hurry. We had all the smaller lunch dishes. They were very well presented and the main with various vegetables. Good potion for men, too. A bit too salty to our taste but it can go well w/red wine. Jeu de bouef was ok, a bit too greasy. Evrything else were cooked right, fish and vegies not overcooked, etc. House prepared gas water was too flat. The chocolate tarte was a bit dissapointing; was more like a mug cake to me. The Mango and its different spices were good and interesting. Coffee and the accompaniement were very good. They forgot the Yum reduction but was applied right away. Will try the bigger menu next time.

Relaxed, professional welcome and service. Well presented creative ingredients and textures on tasteful discretely coloured plates. Very good natural light for business meetings. Bravo, keep it up!
