Polissons fait partie des pépites Montmartroises qui se distinguent haut la main de toutes les adresses touristiques du quartier. Cette table, dirigée par Romain Lamon (ancien du Richer) et sa compagne Julia Sfez, propose une formule simple et bon marché le midi et une cuisine plus sophistiquée le soir. Peu importe le créneau choisi, tout est exécuté avec justesse comme ce maquereau rôti entier à la fève de Tonka ou cette selle d’agneau servie en version sucré-salé avec du coing confit. Côté déco, le couple a misé sur une ambiance chic et cosy aux notes scandinaves.

    Loved our lunch at Polisson, we had the mushroom tart and scallop tartare for entree. For mains we had the fish special of the day and a beautiful braised beef with roasted pumpkin. Shared the millefeuillé which was also delicious. Wonderful service from lovely Julia who looked after us with lovely wine suggestions. Special food we would return for.

    This was my second lunch at Polissons and the service was very good. As before, I chose three dishes to create a three course lunch. My only concern was with the second course; the fish course. The fish was a little overcooked and dry and therefore too dependent on the sauce. A little disappointing given my first lunch here was flawless.

    I was able to dine at Polissons for lunch and was thoroughly impressed with the foods courses I received. Despite being extremely busy the employee there took the time to answer my questions regarding the menu; menu only in French. The wine pairing, suggested, was perfect. Definetly will have to return for dinner.

    Small restaurant trying hard, with impressive results. Everything we tried was delicious and house made. Favorites were chocolate mousse with Carmel sauce and nuts, an amuse bouche of gazpacho and watermelon and pork ribs sans traditional BBQ sauce. Would definitely return.
