    Food was excellent, the bar tender/ waiter was excellent, very professional friendly and caring l, the others not so good and friendly, overall when I booked they said 30% discount, when the final bill came they oBly took 20%, will we visit again? Not sure unless for some drinks served by the friendly bar tender

    Love the concept of the round table. The food was also really really good, I’d recommend the Tuna, Tacos and their caramel desert. Attentive and friendly service.

    The food is excellent, typical Portuguese dishes with a modern key. The atmosphere is also really nice: comfy and chill. However, the portion are not too big.

    Every one of the 8 dishes we ate were fantastic. And the service was wonderful!! The bartender was willing to make a special drink we wanted and the server made excellent recommendations and spent time helping us figure out things to do in the area. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back. And eat the caramel desert!

    The non-descript face of the restaurant gives no indication of what's in store for your palate. Exciting and flavourful. Don't even think of walking by.

    This little restaurant, which we walked past without noticing even though we had a reservation, was an unexpected delight. Friendly welcome, excellent service and delicious food. We sat at the bar and had a superb, tasty and (for us) different experience as this is not our usual type of restaurant. Thanks Tripadvisor and The Fork for the recommendation - and discount!

    Since the first time I discovered Peixola, in May 19, I felt in love with this place. It passed the most difficult judgment... my parents tasting one ;-)... The service in general and specially Emma, who was taking care of everything, was really appelling and nice. I am looking forward to coming back soon. Thankssss!!!

A tradição marítima histórica do Cais do Sodré, fosse pelos marinheiros que vagueavam inebriados pelas ruas do bairro ou pelas varinas que apregoavam o seu mais fresco peixe desde o cais até à ribeira, impunha abrir um espaço que celebrasse estas duas memórias lisboetas e fê-lo conciliando Rum e Peixe.

Contemporâneo e todo ele invocando o mar, o peixola é uma cervejaria que serve só e somente peixe seja interpretando clássicos nacionais como o picapau ou o bitoque (ambos com atum) ou dando uma volta ao mundo com famosos os tacos de camarão ou o ceviche peruano.
