The atmosphere was very contemporary and interesting. We were asked to wait for our table significantly past our reservation time. We were ignored when we tried to order drinks at the bar, to the point we gave up. We had Valdo as a server and he had to be asked for everything repeatedly, to pour wine from our bottle in the bucket (out of reach), to take our order, to bring the bill, etc. The food was good, but for the price, I would have expected better service.

The food was good, but unfortunately we had to wait for 40 minutes, until the staff realised we we're waiting to have dinner.

Amazing amazing amazing !!! The service, the food and the place was just amazing. I think it is one of the most beautiful restaurant I’ve seen ???? It was the best food we ate in all of our 2 weeks in Portugal !

This restaurant is located within the most amazing building. It is big but there are multiple rooms providing a cosy, intimate setting. Both the food and service was great and for a reasonable price (80 euros for two courses and a bottle of wine). Would definitely recommend and will be re-visiting next time we are in Lisbon.

The place looks amazing! It is really beautiful and cozy. The food was ok, we really enjoyed the main course but the dessert (pavlova) was a bit let down. The service could be better and more kind.

The mood of the restaurant was terrible. Everyone seemed to be having a bad day and had very low energy. I probably won’t be returning there so soon. The food was just ok.

Not a good thing to be 2 older women dining together !! Very poor service. Took a long time to be waited on to begin with. Starter & main course were served at the same time together Food was mediocre at best very disappointing as was recommended. Would never recommend with so many other highly regarded lisboa restaurants to choose from!!!!

Palacio Chiado is a unique venue and a great place for a meal - the atmosphere was great and the food and drinks were excellent. It was very busy but the service was very good and we will definitely be back!

The restaurant and bar is set in an old palace in the middle of the City. It has 4 different rooms where you can have from drinks to meals. The food was excellent, as well as the service and drinks. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasnt working well and in the Lisbon summer it got a bit unconfortable, and the music was a bit loud. I recommend strongly.

Our initial reception was fine but from then the service was poor to say the least. Although we had made a reset in advance were were eventually shown into an empty room and abandoned for a considerable time. Eventually a server appeared - she appeared to be flustered and gave us the feeling that we were an inconvenience to her and to her main serving activities. The food was fine although served very quickly without any break between courses. I got the opinion that the place is all about image rather than culinary excellence

Very friendly waitress (Catarina), she explained us the menu and was very diligent during the meal. Really good atmosphere, great decoration and good food.

Super cool and fancy restaurant at a decent price. Location is perfect and the interior of the building is very beautiful. It is really worth it a visit.
