The food was okay. Lamb chops extremely fatty, but the service was the worse I have ever had. It took exactly 16 minutes to get a bottle of sparkling water and we had to ask THREE different waitresses. After the meal, the dessert menu also took around 15 minutes to reach our hands. Disappointed with the service for such a high standard restaurant.

Didn’t realise it was a buffet. The food was mediocre; the service was awful. Understaffed, the food and plate/cutlery replenishment was bad. It felt like a hotel breakfast buffet. Everything looked messy and very basic. The staff was a bit overwhelmed and stressed. The beverages were terrible: bad wine, watery juices and poor quality coffee. The place felt like a war zone, between loud music and crowds of customers trying to serve themselves. Save yourself that money and enjoy a proper meal somewhere else.
Nice restaurant with good food. Some of the staff need more training/education. You don’t lean over a guest who is still eating to place a knipe for the next course
Everything was good but we have too much time wait between entrance and first dish but the restaurant excuse regarding these issue.
The food was just "OK", I was expecting much more from the "Olivier" brand. My mash potato was more like a soup, totally unacceptable. The wine list is very poor and the first 3 bottles we chose from the list were sold out. At some point we asked what wines did they have because it would make the choice easier. When the wine came, it was not at the right temperature (too warm). Again, this is totally unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range (expensive).
Far from acceptable given the price, expectation and vibe. Food lacks consistency, steak Wellington was diferent on our three plats. Dessert lacks creativity
The hostess was pressuring me to take a specific table even when asking which was my preference. The waitress was very nice and the food as well. Great nood
Fantastic service, food and wine. From the moment we walked in everything was perfect. This is around the fifth time we have come and we are never disappointed.
