Mr. Chef introduces himself in Amsterdam with a very unique project.

Due to the intergration of Moroccans in the 60th and 70th years of the 20th century, Dutch cuisine has changed rapidly. In a Netherlands that only cooked with salt and pepper, the Moroccans brought along different spices and herbs. The Dutch were surprised to see how the Moroccans cooked with pottery such as the tagine. Amsterdam has changed since the arrival of the 1st generation of Moroccans. After the family reunion and the children of the Moroccan families began to take root in the Amsterdam community, a whole new cooking style was created in which the Moroccan and Dutch cuisine merged. Partly thanks to this amalgamation. Chef originated in the 21st century. And now Mr. Chef is one of the bigger names in Amsterdam that deals with the cooking of modern Moroccan dishes.

So be part of this new Amsterdam experience in which you can learn how to make modern Moroccan dishes in one of our locations. You will not only receive standard cooking lessons, but our experience also ensures that you get complete knowledge of the Moroccan spices and ingredients you use. But also different cooking techniques teaches.
