    I absolutely loved some of the dishes, like the muscles and swordfish, but the majority of the dishes were either standard or bad. I think the real issue is that I can’t even identify what’s off about some of the dishes other than the taste is not to my liking. Some were too strong of trying too hard to be haut cuisine or unique flavors. There are many unique flavors in the dishes but the problem is that they’re not all good flavors. I think that the chef’s palette may be accustomed to a set of flavors not favored by most other folks. It’s obvious that the chef and staff know what they’re doing - they know the mechanics and art of cooking very well. I just did not enjoy many of the flavor choices. The wine pairing was superb, the wait staff were excellent and accommodating, and the decor is phenomenal. I would be willing to come here again and give it another shot.

    Excellent fine dining. Spotless service, great food with interesting mix of flavours, superb matching wines to the dishes and best champagne so far. Truly Michelin star. Highest recommendations for gourmet dinner.

    service was certainly very correct during the whole meal , though my guest and I did not appreciate that our coats were left on a chair in front of the exit doors for us to pick up on our way out. it indicates a certain lack of respect for their guests and as the French would say ' un certain mepris' for the clients who just spent a ton of money for this good but not extraordinary meal

    Nous avons inauguré la nouvelle carte du printemps. Un sans faute : des saveurs originales, claires et créatives. Chaque zone de la l'assiette a une personnalité propre et tout se mélange avec merveille. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée ! Petit plus : nous avons pris 3 entrées pour deux à la suite. Les plats se sont succédés parfaitement, et le dressage des demies portions a été fait dans des assiettes différentes. Une attention très appréciable pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine qui veulent prendre leur temps et parler de leur parcours de dégustation. Quand aux choix des vins : parfait !! Merci à toute l'équipe et au chef Julien Dumas pour sa créativité.
