Very disappointed. Staff were not friendly or inviting. Food was average. Wine pairing was awful! Had a broken chipped glass and one glass was full of sediment had to send it back. No care or passion. Food rushed out , waited over 20 mins for the bill, in the end had to get up and pay. Not worth the money
Food was over salted, waiter didn't spoke any English and didn't even try to explain us something in Spanish, was just bringing dishes without saying anything. One dish was completely frozen from inside and hot on outside, and then we send it back to kitchen manager came to us with very pissed face explaining that how they are making it there. Don't recommend this place
It was a wonderfully delicious meal! Staff was friendly and welcoming. My wife and I had the tasting menu, which was incredible. Our 10 and 12 year old ordered a la carte. They were very accommodating of the kids and their meal was delicious as well. They loved the steak and the suckling pig.
I was expecting something more from a Michelin-star restaurant in Madrid. The service was slightly pushy - the waiter was constantly nearby to top up either vine or water, even when there was no need for that (felt a few times that our conversation with my mother was interrupted). The 3 first courses/ starters arrived too fast one after another, virtually no time given to enjoy it. I think the main fault of the tasting menu - it is its lack of innovation - tried it all before, almost in the same combination of ingredients, again and again in London, Paris and other EU capitals.... Presentation - also very typical to any good restaurant (not necessarily a Michelin-starred one), overall - remained disappointed.
Me esperaba más.
Una experiencia para repetir, platos sorprendente y un trato magnífico.
I have been to this restaurant in the past and must say that the quality of the service has gone down significantly. The chef was in the dining area but did not even say hi. The personnel was very hard to get and we had to call them several times before having their attention. The room downstairs where it was possible to find a quite atmosphere has now been closed
Innovative cuisine, beautifully presented. Wine pairings were good but not great. Recommended for foodies who appreciate a creative dining experience that appeals to all the senses.
Great taster menu experience ! Only one little note - the waiter was great but a little bit rushed as he had lots of tables to serve so the experience was not as personal as it could have been! Otherwise amazing place with amazing food!
superbe, à recommander!
One of the best culinary experiences I had in Madrid! Nice interpretation of Galicia products, warm and cosy environment (not too posh), very polite staff, good ratio quality/price. I will come back soon!
Todo Muy bien
Excelente experiencia, la torrija con arenque deliciosa! Volveremos
We are from NYC and this has to be one of the best meals I have ever had. Each course was amazing and the wine pairing was suberb. It was such a nice surprise and an amazing treat!
Great Michelin restaurant has in a reasonable price.
