Our worst meal in 2 weeks in France. Service was stuffy, condescending and at times completely incompetant. Timing was poor throughout. 6 different people came to our table within 5 minutes. Champagne trolley offered 3 choices. We requested one and the sever poured another (more expensive)! The atmosphere is funereal. Dark and dim. Decrepit rather than elegant. Food was fine but the service and environment certainly detracted. The wine list was poor. Most of it was third tier producers at inflated prices. That this restaurant has a Michelin star is a joke.
Creative, subtle yet complex dishes. Wine sommalier could have come a little bit more punctually but overall an exceptionally wonderful time.
The food was excellent and the service superb other than a rather long wait for the check. The noise level was perfect and the room historically charming. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Royalty! Excellent place.
Creative flavors from local ingredients served with impeccable service in a majestic setting.
Excellent food, service and setting!
The restaurant is in the atrium of a 15th century building with elegant decoration. The staff is well trained and appropriately friendly for the formal atmosphere and manners. The service was excellent as was the food. We had a lovely time.
What a delightful lunch! We had the Les Loges menu and found every dish superbly prepared and presented. The chef didn’t miss a beat and the service was impeccable! The courtyard atrium dining room is truly inviting and made our Easter meal be well long remember.
exceptional food in beautiful setting. the staff and service were wonderful from start to finish. highly recomended for an elegant dining experience.
One of the best meals in France Beautiful, understated, creative place Service was by young, professional staff. In a country where great food is everywhere, I had a great evening.
We had very high expectations from Les Loges restaurant... Unfortunately for everyone our expectations have not been met, on the contrary. Food was OK, cooked correctly, but there wasn't anything to catch our attention, not in terms of plating or combination of tastes or textures. Safe, nice food, overall pleasant taste and it stops here. I must admit that maybe the quality of the service offered has maybe altered a bit our perception of the food as well. We received 3 amuse bouches one after the other and then we waited for 55 minutes for our first course!!! Next two courses followed up a bit faster, but then another 25 minutes for the amuse bouches before dessert, then they finally brought dessert...after midnight. We stayed for 4 hours for a 5 course meal!!! Leaving this aside, we had to get up from the table and serve ourselves water because the waiters forgot about us... Not to mention they came to bring cutlery and saw us standing and pouring water and still no one bothered to assist us for the rest of the meal!!! WOW, really felt like we were bothering them. By far the worst dining experience in a Michelin restaurant!! Such a disappointment!!
We loved the Renaissance menu--all our courses were outstanding. The cheese trolley was beyond fabulous. The atmospheric was magical as others have noted. It was a special celebration for us. We highly recommend it.
Everything was perfect! Nottingham to complain. The small appetizers before, between and after the different courses were very delicat and delicious!!!
We had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant and would happily come back anytime. The food was creative, of high quality and very well prepared. We particularly enjoyed our main course (pigeon) and the desert. The service did an excellent job as well and the sommelier suggested suitable wines to match our menu. The only point of critique: the sommelier could have been a little more attentive, as he forgot to serve the desert wine we ordered and actually never showed up again. Apart from that, we had an excellent experience.
Fabuleux ! Service impeccable de grand standing à la hauteur de la finesse des mets.
