    Hi everyone! Nobody speaks English except the owner, who started ignore tu and answer in French. We were waiting for a table around 20 min, then 40! Min till we got a water and vine, then food. I told the owner that we are coming with a Fork reservation, but finally we got the full bill, then they said ok "calculate and leave a difference". Conclusion: the food - good; the rest - terrible. Never again!

MONTORGUEIL / SAINT-DENIS – Voici un bistrot indispensable, installé rue Tiquetonne. Le patron José Preto reste fidèle à ses principes d'ouverture : cuisine du marché, faite minute, à l'huile d'olive et au beurre demi sel.

À L’ARDOISE – Avec des plats qui changent tous les jours, le Tir Bouchon est loin d’être lassant, même si on retrouve toujours les grands classiques de la maison. Le chef du Tir-Bouchon réalise ses cartes en fonction des saisons et du marché.

BOUCHON LYONNAIS – La carte comporte des plats indémodables qui sont à l'image du restaurant : foie gras au torchon maison, camembert rôti à l'huile de truffe, cavatappis aux figues ou encore parmentier de canard au foie gras.
