Stumble upon this hidden gem, while browsing for Indian restaurants through La Fourchette. Very nice ambiance and atmosphere. With La-fourchette discount, it a good deal. Staff was very helpful in suggesting items, based on your likings. Always approaching us for any needs. Would recommend Tandoori Prawns / Seekh Kebab for starter and Chardonnay (Genève), white vine for drink. The main Balti Ghost and Butter Chicken was also very good. The vegetarien dishes were also very good, although with little less salt, but manageable. The staff offered us some appetizer drinks and mint tea :-) Highly recommend this place for good food and wine.

The food is amazingly tasty! The ambience is quite nice too. With a Fork discount, the price is very appealing :)

First time in Geneva. Found this restaurant on the fork. It's a little out of the centre but by no means far. Very nice staff, efficient and friendly. Excellent food, great value for money. Highly recommended.

The veg. dish was very oily. The mango lassi was sour and too cold (with ice cubes). The shish kabab was dry and very expensive as a starter (CHF 26.00).

Second visit was as good as the first. Knowing how great the kulfi was we saved some space for two portions! We started with the seekh lamb kebab with was fantastic and a brilliant texture. For the mains we tucked into lamb sagawalah with aromatic rice and a naan with dried fruits which was food that made you smile. Service was punctual, friendly and attentive.

We had an amazing dinner at this cute restaurant in a charming neighborhood of Bains. The meat in both Chicken Tikka Massala and Lamb Madras was very tender, the sauces freshly made, oozing with spices and fresh herbs, leaving no doubts about the quality of the products. The garlic naan was just great, same to be said about the grilled shrimp salad we had for the starter. While the wine list is not long, the selection was just great, both the champagne and rosé we had went very well with the food. A little cardamon liquor for a digestive was a cherry on the cake. To be revisited again!

Lets start with the positives. AMAZING flavors, for once the mains all tasted different! The lamb biryani was seemingly cooked with being a biryani in mind ( it wasn’t some plain rice last minute tossed in a pan with a pinch of pre-mixed spices) the flavors actually were absorbed by the rice, the meat was tender and tasty. The spicy lamb spinach curry was also fantastic with layers of flavors and some actually heat. The naans seem homemade and not the bulk bought frozen type which was a pleasant surprise! Now the kulfi- ????. Not a pistachio icecream passed off as kulfi, not a weird set pistachio yoghurt they insist is ‘traditional’ this was the real deal. Rich, grainy, pistachio and cardamom perfectly balanced in creamy heaven. This is unmistakably the real thing or at the very very least the best your going to get here. The sweet lassi was a nice touch too. Surprisingly great coffee to boot. The portion sizes were good too. Of course kingfisher beer is never bad either. There were only three very minor downsides 1. We asked for water that never came. 2. We were the only table not to get a bowl of poppadoms. 3. The onion bhajis and veggie pakoras were way too similar in every way. They were tasty nonetheless though.
