Really good food—went there twice and both good. Fresh ingredient with high quality. Good food design and plating. The waiters speak English which makes things much easier.

We have always enjoyed dining here and highly recommend it. The only criticism for this visit was the basement was very humid and very warm for a “location climatisation,” and it was cooler outside. But the food and the service makes up for it always!

A small luxorious restaurant in front of Notre Dame. Everything was perfect, and they iffer the best of true French cooking. And with the 50% we spent just 30€ per person (main plate, wine, dessert) Really really good!

Our absolute favorite in Paris, first place we go to when we arrive and return often. Like a comfortable shoe that keeps abreast of the changing times.

Gorgeous presentation, excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, the flavor palettes could have been more robust - especially for the Michelin star rating, but would be perfect for a smaller meal, we did the full tasting menu.

Welcoming staff who explain their menu and give you time to choose, very accommodating. Quality fresh food, in a quiet street.

Always great service and fabulous food - in an intimate, non-stuffy setting. It’s one of my favorite go-to places in Paris.

Disappointing service. Main floor is nice but cellar is a bit damp & musty. Food was good and as pictured but regular price is inflated.

With the fork reduction, the prices are very fair. The service is nice and the food is very good. I just find the 3 pieces of cheese at 22€ a little bit expensive....

We had a great time at Le Reminet. We were in Paris for a catch-up with our daughter and we had a lovely evening. The welcome, the setting, the service, the atmosphere and the wine were all fabulous. My only issue was with the food. In my opinion, it looked much better than it tasted. The presentation was flawless and the dishes looked amazing, however we we all thought that the food overall was a little bland. My daughter and I asked if we wanted our duck medium or medium rare. We both wished we had said medium rare, as what we got wasn't pink at all. the dishes were imaginative, but I would have liked less imaginative and more taste. That said, we still had a fab time. The 50% discount we had by booking through The fork was amazing. I'm not quite sure why they are being so generous! Next time we are in Paris, I will probably look elsewhere.

About the restaurant

If you take a detour from your stroll around Ile de la Cité, you will stumble upon the Parisian bistro Le Réminet, located across from Notre Dame and down the street from Saint-Michel.

Le Réminet is an experience in itself, made all the better if it's shared. In this warm and charming bistro, you have your choice between the converted cellar, ideal for romantic dinners, or the more lively main dining room with intimate tables, Baroque-era chandeliers, and large mirrors.

To cure you from the ordinary, the chef recommends a subtle dosage of traditional meets "nouvelle" cuisine.

Indulge yourself with a scallop shish kebab, tofu with black mushrooms, vermicelli soup, asparagus and mange-tout pea salad, candied lamb shoulder with Espelette pepper, coconut and green bean stew in garlic butter, or one of many other delicious dishes waiting to be discovered.
