Have been here several times before and unfortunately was very disappointed this evening. Average food coupled with below average service. Dishes not cleared in a timely or professional manner. Very long lag between courses. We brought this to their attention and learned they were short staffed in the kitchen — no apologies on their part. Entree and plat were average but desserts were legitimately bad. The vacherin dessert was a strange mishmash of seemingly everything sweet they could find; the moelleux was very dry and not at all “moelleux.” Very sad to see a good restaurant go downhill.
A lovely, cozy bistro with good food and decent prices. I was delighted by their dessert selection and opted for pear poached in rose tea. It was a joy.
fabulous retro place! decoration is awesome! the team really carrying! ideal to come with one's sweethart :-)
Wonderful New Years Eve dinner. Merci beaucoup!
Great quaint restaurant. Had great atmosphere, the food was excellent and really French focused. Even two of our hotel's reception desk staff told us that we would not regret it even though it is expensive. Great restaurant for special occasions. Really made December 31st special.
Parisian bistro with excellent food. Be sure to make a reservation if you want to have a table for lunch
The staff was brilliant and very understanding, giving us suggestions. The only problem was that one of the dishes was slightly cold, but the waiters took care of it quickly. The food was very good, and the flavors very interesting.
Decor art-déco authentique, personnel souriant et avenant, menu typique très complet. Impeccable!
Lovely bistro, great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back again for sure. The service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Langoustines ravioli
I've been here for a month and have eaten out almost every night at every end of the spectrum kind of restaurants. This may have been my favorite dinning experience yet.
Maybe it was just a bad night. And I heard mention of being short staffed. But the two waiters plus the manager ran constantly and couldn’t keep up. Long gaps in service and forgotten orders. Tables were left unattended for long periods. Food was good but a simple dinner turned into over three hours.
I’ve been to restaurant about 4 times over the past few years and it’s always nice service and good food.
Great restaurant and amazing food. Customers service excellent.
Nice traditional French bistro!
Very friendly and good food. But it seemed a bit too busy and slow to be attentive enough. But would recommend it and go again.
I wish it were possible to give more than five stars. The only thing better than the ambiance is the food and the service.
A true French “go to” gem. Delicious and good value. Best croque monsieur!!!
What a gem of a restaurant! Everyone was warm and welcoming when we arrived. All of the staff speak at least two languages (English and French of course), and our server knows at least four languages, so they are helpful for visitors from all over the world. The portions are plentiful without being too much. The selections were varied without being overwhelming. And everything tasted wonderful. The food was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the flavors were exquisite. The wine list was well matched to the dishes and suitable for many different palates. We may have to come back again before we leave Paris! Thank you for a special meal!
Fantastic place to spend new year, food exceptional.
