The staff was brilliant and very understanding, giving us suggestions. The only problem was that one of the dishes was slightly cold, but the waiters took care of it quickly. The food was very good, and the flavors very interesting.
Decor art-déco authentique, personnel souriant et avenant, menu typique très complet. Impeccable!
Lovely bistro, great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back again for sure. The service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Langoustines ravioli
I've been here for a month and have eaten out almost every night at every end of the spectrum kind of restaurants. This may have been my favorite dinning experience yet.
Maybe it was just a bad night. And I heard mention of being short staffed. But the two waiters plus the manager ran constantly and couldn’t keep up. Long gaps in service and forgotten orders. Tables were left unattended for long periods. Food was good but a simple dinner turned into over three hours.
I’ve been to restaurant about 4 times over the past few years and it’s always nice service and good food.
Great restaurant and amazing food. Customers service excellent.
Nice traditional French bistro!
Very friendly and good food. But it seemed a bit too busy and slow to be attentive enough. But would recommend it and go again.
I wish it were possible to give more than five stars. The only thing better than the ambiance is the food and the service.
A true French “go to” gem. Delicious and good value. Best croque monsieur!!!
What a gem of a restaurant! Everyone was warm and welcoming when we arrived. All of the staff speak at least two languages (English and French of course), and our server knows at least four languages, so they are helpful for visitors from all over the world. The portions are plentiful without being too much. The selections were varied without being overwhelming. And everything tasted wonderful. The food was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the flavors were exquisite. The wine list was well matched to the dishes and suitable for many different palates. We may have to come back again before we leave Paris! Thank you for a special meal!
Fantastic place to spend new year, food exceptional.
Food was ok, but the service was not very good. We felt like we were forgotten about all the time.. Even asking for the bill took ages, in the end after asking for the bill they took so long bringing it me and my fianceè got up and paid at the till.
Type of place we like in terms of decor, style. Old school. Food was nearly inedible. Roast chicken was unevenly cooked and had a strange singed taste. The "Plume" of Iberico pork or neck should have been cooked low and slow but was seared and served rare. Almost unchewable and solid gristle. I like the off cuts including offals but this is something I would never serve to anyone.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cute and had a nice casual and wuaint feel, but the overall food, staff and experience was dissapointing and I was left dissatisfied. The food was mediocre/bland and the staff was unattentive all in all, would not recommend and not return. But the people were friendly and open to having conversation.
Very low quality dishes if you try the regular menu. The secret is to choose from the daily options. The others feel microwaved.
Beautifully and creatively presented delicious and full of interesting tastes
Friendly, bilingual staff. My Westie was welcomed. My friends enjoyed their dishes. I ordered the pork, which has been fabulous. This time it was gristly and fatty, not up to their usual standards at all. Our wine arrived late, but with many apologies. The desserts were fantastic. I have had wonderful experiences here, so I’ll give it another try.
