    I have been to a number of 3 stars, this one is fabulous, does an excellent job of showing off the bounty of wonderful things from Provence and the Mediterranean. Only complaint, there is just too much wonderful food! The menu boulibase was fabulous but had to give up at the end.

    Good views, excellent food, good suggestion for wine pairing and complex tastes which refresh my taste bud! Definitely will come back again. It is one of the few Michelin restaurants with the theme focusing on “le mer”. The only spotlight for my visit in Marseilles. Merci beaucoup.

    Awsome seaside setting on a cliff; spectacular views and table service; bouillabaisse at its best; gorgeus desserts; three Michelin stars; free private parking, but on a very narrow street; outdoor seating; free wi-fi;

    I think this was the finest meal I’ve ever had. The unexpected combinations of flavors, the artistic quality of the presentation , and the sheer ingenuity of the various dishes held me in thrall. This is Contemporary cuisine at its finest. Add to that the wonderful selection of traditional breads - in case you thought 5-7 courses would leave you a bit peckish- ha! - and we were all in food heaven . Choose this restaurant if pushing the boundaries of what can be done with the freshest and most basic of local ingredients such as cauliflower, eggplant, cream, fish and seafood , and the most fragrant of herbs still warm from the garden, excites your imagination. And the sea view is stunning! Get there early , allow a good 2 hours ( for lunch longer for dinner) , forget about your budget and enjoy!

    il s'agit d'une excellente adresse, l'accueil y est chaleureux et il est très agréable de surcroît de pouvoir converser quelques instants avec le chef qui se prête volontiers à ce genre de situation. Il s'agit globalement une excellente adresse qui selon moi mérite bien la distinction qui lui a été accordée je veux dire les trois étoiles cordialement bâtonnier Jacques Martin
