I couldn’t have had a better experience at the restaurant. My partner and I wanted to have a romantic dinner during our stay and opted for Le Mesturet. Although my starter wasn’t personally enjoyable, I still enjoyed my main and desert. The customer service was exceptional, and after my attentive waitress noticed that I didn’t eat much of my entree, she knocked the dish off the bill. My partner and I had a wonderful experience here and look incredibly forward to coming back in the future. Thank you very much!

The waitor was really kind and nice to us. The food were quiet good. Fortunately we came for lunch that it is cheaper and not that crowded.

This was our third visit to this restaurant. The food was good this time, but not as good as the first two visits. If you try the special Brest dessert, only get one for your table. It is huge.

Really nice place for an early dinner! Duck magret on skewers was tasty, rockfish was cooked to perfection, but the real star was the dessert menu - gigantic serving sizes, so save some space. Friendly staff too!

Everything was excellent except they couldn’t find our reservation. Maybe because it was made on the same day.

Food was alright - nothing fantastic but nothing bad either. Service was friendly but slow (we waited more than 10 minutes for our bill). All in all an ok dinner but in a city of fine food places, you probably can do better than eat here which we did because of proximity to our hotel.

Meal is delicious. And good location, easy to access. Nice environment and mood. I had my meal alone, but it is also a good place for groups with friends or family. Will go again next time I am in Paris.

About the restaurant

"A typical Parisian Bistro, Le Mesturet, awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur, is housed in the Bourse and the Opera Garnier quarter.

Warm and original, the room is decorated with old stones, woodwork and second-hand objects, in a 'wine cellar' style, announcing a selection of good bottles in the menu and the slate to discover novelties throughout the year.

Traditional cuisine is prepared by chef offering grandma-style recipes. In the menu, the tartine of marrow, wine of Bordeaux and fleur de sel sauce, lamb of Bellac parmentier, compote of eggplant confit with fresh thyme or even fresh cod, steamed vegetables and confit olive oil from the domain of Léoube... Flavors and refinement!

The establishment has a lounge that can be partitioned in the evening for no more than 30 people with large LED screen and home theater."
