Very desapointing based on feedbacks. I don’t understand how it could be ranked 4+ stars. Industrial food for 30€/ persons. You wait 2h to get yours plates. The salad is not fresh. The Vol au Vent was too much cooked and then hard. If you want to try despite my comment, the fish and ships, the croquette and the waterzooi are ok. Good luck.

very welcoming staff, they adjusted the booking to our latest request, but the waiting time was very long and the bill quite expensive

The one that looked like the head-waiter was very unwelcoming due to the fact that he had not received yet our booking, it was just thanks to the problem-solving and proactive waiter that took care of us that we ended up staying - and we had a very good time, despite our 3 kids. Otherwise a place you cannot miss in Bruxelles!

It takes awhile for the waiter. There was only 2 of them. The atmosphere is great! The restaurants cat would walk around. It was either locals or tourists !

Standard food for reasonable prices. Service was fairly quick and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Old world setting with a modern buzz. Good honest food especially the traditional Belgian chicken and veg stew. Well worth a visit.

Interior is old rustic, very classic feel. Service is slow and understaffed. Food is decent. A little on the salty side. But not bad. Good location.

What a find! Lovingly restored old restaurant. Food is awesome! We had the best waiter in the whole country. What an amazing experience to stumble upon on our first night here. We will be back. I had a croque with mushrooms and a bechamel sauce and my husband had a quiche great place. Thank you!

Beef carbonade quite good but was disappointed in the salad which was discribed having avocado and asperagus, but only had two extremely overlooked wilted asparagus and a small sliver of brown avocado. Service was attentive and lovely building however.

Lovely Belle Epoque ambience, friendly attentive service, authentic Brussels food, wonderful location next to Bourse in heart of old Brussels.

Decor and service are of the old style Bruxelles brasseries. Menu is limited but traditional Belgian options of Waterzooi and chicken Vol au Vent provide filling meals at very good prices compared with other places in the centre. The half and half drink is itself an institution - enjoy one ( white wine and champagne mixed)

Classic Belgian bistro. Like going back in time. 1 minute by foot from the Grand Place. Menu a bit limited, but all the classics are there. Highly recommended.

Not sure how I feel about being given the bill right after I ordered. As it was hot I'll let it go that the waiter was moody and slow. My waterzoi was really good.

Really typical restaurant with lovely deco. The beer stew Ann chips was to die for and also the beers!
