Best restaurant in Paris! Great service, amazing food, and incredible decor, eating at Lapérouse will send you on a lovely trip back in time! Mercí!
To be honest, we had no idea what to expect, given the restaurant's proximity to the most touristy spot in Paris. But we had a marvelous experience. Everyone was exceedingly friendly and helpful, from the host to the waiters. The jazz pianist in the lobby bar even let my son play the piano, and showed him some jazz techniques. The food was delicious, with lots of surprising innovations on popular French dishes. Who would have thought that Tuna sashimi and foie gras would be so delicious together! And the chocolate soufflé was perfection. We ate in Victor Hugo's favorite room, and felt his presence still....
This is amazing restaurant, with authentic atmosphere and perfect food. We was happy to find this place by airport advertising, recommend to everyone who wants to fill old fashion design and find dining cousin!
One should be very careful to understand that the restaurant is unbelievably overpriced. The history and ancient decor is great and does make the experience memorable but one should be mindful of the cost.
Amazing and unique atmosphere - perfect for a family event. Feel like having dinner in 1850. Service absolutely fabulous. Excellent food à la carte pricy though
A magnificent culinary experience from beginning to end. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were the last people dining at the end of the evening. Our server gave us a mini tour of the restaurant explaining Its 250 year history. Incredible evening!!!!
Excellent customer service and superb cuisine!
Place was empty though we called earlier to push reservation 1/2 hour they said they were fully booked. Food ok service good but not worth the price
Beautiful restaurant along the Seine. Staff were great, and very attentive. All meal courses were divine. My beef was slightly over cooked, but the chef quickly prepared another, which was amazing and perfect. Yes, it’s pricey, but it was memorable meal at a historic location in the city of love.
After experiencing other nice restaurants we expected more. The staff was very nice but the food was not.
We had been to La Perouse some years before and we were very disappointed in everything. The staff had no special demenour. Food ok but not up to the price. Not many people and not much atmosphere.
The service, attention and food was very good. The restaurant interior needs much attention as it felt very old and not given much attention.
