I ordered the lobster linguine which did not state that it had chilli in - it had so much chili that i could not eat is but the restaurant still charged me the full price. I also waited 25 minutes for coffee and tea after the meal. Then they got the milk selection wrong. rather disappointing as it was my daughters birthday.
Allison was an excellent waitress! Thoughtful and professional, she helped us with her insight of the menu as well as her brilliant, practical ideas.
We have asked the simpliest breakfast menu (coffee, juice and pastry). Our pastry arrived 50 min after our arrival. Well... service is not their strong point.
Slow service but our waitress is very nice
We were 2nd time here and the service and the quality of food deteriorated. We had to wait for 20 min that waiter approaches us. We were served eggs without drunks, bred ... eggs Benedict were not made of poached eggs but of soft boiled eggs. Slow service, mediocre food, far too expensive :(
Absolutely beautiful restaurant.
Great Food with extremely disappointing service
This is the place to dine in for french dessert, atmosphere and aura. Such a beautiful french place. We loved it. I will go back to try the rest of the menu!
We were very early for our reservation but they were most accommodating. Lovely restaurant and experience.
Had the lobster pasta which as so surprisingly delicious. Amazing. A
The service and staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The food and drinks were good. It was a bit pricey but was worth it. I would recommend this place.
Such an enjoyable few hours. Our waiter's suggestions were greatly appreciated and were so tasty. The decor was lovely. A nice stop on our Sunday afternoon.
Order one of the two Petit Dejeuners (20 and 30 €), but not Brunch (40 €). Brunch included avocado toast with eggs on top vs. the 30 € Petit Dejeuner that had eggs as you liked them. All had juice, pastries and hot beverage. Brunch included 2 macarons (they chose). A la carte had good options as well (like Pain Perdu, aka French Toast). Not like Brunch in US, and very pricey for what I got. NOTE: Avocado Toast didn’t taste that great and wasn’t even hot. They weren’t even that busy yet where I sat; telling me that my waiter didn’t pick it up when it was ready. Expected from Ladurée at this location!
Awful. •slow service, not friendly waitresses •forgot to give a knife for butter and a spoon for jam •not good coffee •hard bread •not beautiful room “Luxury wanna be” but in reality so cheap.
If you’re into Belle Époque elegance - this is the spot for you. The menu breakfasts including hearty fare were no more pricey than many good hotel breakfasts. And the quality & ambiance are perfect for those of us besotted with anything Parisian.
Overused plates, super long waiting time even for desserts! Waiter couldn’t explain what is chia dessert.. It turned out to be just chia pudding in the plate(seriously?) Food was nothing special, really disappointing.. It was a lot better before, now it’s just a touristic place without any quality...
Beautiful atmosphere, friendly service. A little overpriced for the food but to be expected given the restaurant and where it is. Glad we went on our visit to Paris from abroad. Very Parisienne feel for sure!
Laduree is an experience everyone should have when visiting Paris -- even if it is only for tea and pastries or full meal, it is a fabulous place on the Champs -Elysees!
Truely the best french toast i ever had. My servers were compassionate, not over worked. And other guests seemed to be enjoying. I will go again
The whole experience is ruined by how rude the staff is and how poor their service is in relation to their prices. They do not honor promotions advertised here even when you mention it. Their answer was they’ve been trying to get LaFourchette to stop the promotion for a long time... the food is okay but overpriced if not accompanied by the service. Sad.
