En 2018, le chef-patron Florent Gilibert (Trois Dômes, Troisgros…) installe sa table clin d’oeil à sa fille. Depuis son adresse sobre et contemporaine d'Ainay - pierres apparentes et nappes blanches -, il fait vibrer le quartier de sa cuisine hexagonale tradi-revisitée : duo d’artichaut et sauce au parmesan ; poisson du moment et timbale de tomates confites au caviar d'aubergines ; magret de canard rosé comme il se doit et navets caramélisés ; petits choux fourrés à la crème de cannelle ou moelleux au citron vert… Pour la soif, laissez-vous guider par Olivier Margoil.

    The food was very good but I expectid to be a bit more suprised. Amuse was good, starter also but small. Main was very good but bot special. Dessert was perfect! Service was nog good. Poor english, not friendly. Overall a good restaurant vut much to improve!
