The food was overcooked, without taste and not vibrant and colorful as vegetarian food should be
the food was extremely underseasoned, e.g. you can get a supernarket gazpacho that tastes way better than the one they serve. on top of that, they didn't know we had a table booked. the decor is uninviting and the whole thing gives more of a canteen vibe than anything else. if your tastebuds are dead you'll enjoy this place a lot
The vegetables were too much salted, not just by a little but 10x more than one would expect. Not macrobiotic at all. The soup had 10x more miso than it should have and alomst no veggies inside. Rice was good, but only one serve which is not enough carbohydrates for a serve. I do not understand how the place can run macrobiotic courses. However, the personell was nice and trying their best, so if you guys take a good macrobiotic cooking course, the food can be so much better and healthier.
