È un pool ad alto tasso di professionalità quello che Alberto Tasinato (già restaurant manager al Seta del Mandarin Oriental) ha voluto accanto a sé quando ha varato a questo ristorante e louge bar. Elegante ma non formale, alle due sale ristorante si aggiunge la saletta da soli 8 posti con vista sulla cucina, attorniata da bottiglie importanti nella cantinetta climatizzata a vetri.
Lo chef romano Puleio (in precedenza sous chef allo stellato Pipero) lavora in modo creativo, ma senza eccessi e sa creare un ideale ponte tra immancabili specialità milanesi e tocchi di cucina romana; un esempio felice è il Risotto Milano-Roma, che al posto dell’ossobuco abbraccia la coda alla vaccinara. Anche se non mancano piatti creativi come i riuscitissimi Finti straccetti di manzo, peperone, rucola e grana.
Da non perdere i signature cocktail di Valerio Trentani, che da esperto direttore di sala (nel suo curriculum solo esperienze in ristoranti stellati, tra cui il Seta) sa come coccolare gli ospiti, pre e after dinner.

I ordered the 5 course tasting menu and it was fantastic. I had amazing service during the entire visit and I really enjoyed that my server took the time to explain exactly what I was eating and how it was prepared. I indulged and it was well worth it!

Excellent service and one of the best meals I have had in Milan. Attentive waiters, super competent and warm sommelier, great cuisine. I wish all dinners could be like this. The balance of flavours, the research of ingredients and the awesome care every member of staff puts into your enogastronomic experience... you cannot put a price on that. I will be back again very soon!
