One of the worst meals I've had in Paris, and extremely expensive at that. I believe the vast majority of their reviews on Google must be fake, since they have a 4.5 rating, which doesn't match at all the quality of the food. Horrible, grape-juice tasting wine, soup that tasted like it came fresh out of the bottle, half-frozen scallops, random balsamic and "pesto" garnish on every dish that didn't add anything to the taste, disgusting dessert. All that at an exorbitant price - plus they charged for an extra meal by accident, before we caught it. DON'T GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

The beer should be chilled a little more. Others was almost perfect for us.

I frequently visit Hugo, because of their authentic French, exceptional and beautiful dishes. The restaurant is pretty and the wine is good. Service is professional, although I dont really know what the woman waitress was doing all night? The other waiter was doing great waiting on 6 tables. The only fault would be that the music could perhaps be more suitable for the type of ambience the restaurant portrays. I'll keep coming back for more, as the menu has a lot to offer if you include the "specials" menu selection, especially because the restaurant is quite small. Perfect to enjoy a three course meal alone or as a group.

Fantastic food in a cosy atmosfer. We had the tartar as a starter, the duck as main course snd creme bruléet for dessert. We got help from the waitress to choose good wines that fit perfect.

Hugo managed to muddle up our reservation, listing it for the wrong day! However, they were able to seat us and were v ery goodd-natured about it.

No salt in the vegetable soup and the duck was cut on the wrong side which made it unnecessary chewy

Delicious pizza! 13 euro for the small menu was cheap in our opinion. (drinks, dessert and salad included. you have the option to choose 2 side dishes per menu)

We had a very romantic diner during Christmas Eve. I arranged a glass of champagne at arrival and the owner didn't forget, so it was a big surprise for my boyfriend. The restaurant itself looked even better than we expected. Not more than 10 tables, so it felt very personal. The food was good and the service was utmost friendly. We definitely will go back when we are in Paris.

Couldn't have stumbled upon a better place for top-class French food. De l'entrée au désert.
