Braised lamb with cumin and fresh mint flavoring, and its homemade Purée
Saumon tataki, sauce miel et soja, nouilles sautées aux petits légumes
Lasagne "maison" au boeuf "Excellence Aubrac", salade de jeunes pousses et Parmesan
Quite big menu; short serving time; make sure to ask for not overcooking the tuna; Desserts home made - mi-cuit au chocolat will be worth your time even though the caramel sauce (really good) make the dessert bit too sweet and a vanila icecream would be nice to balance; plenty of terrace tables

delicious food and good service
Super!! Bravo au chef Jérôme...
Très bien
Each time gives me a good impression.
It's a good restaurant. A lot of variety, sometimes a bit expensive. But it is a good choice for a business lunch! Very professional and very good taste!
Excellent restaurant...
Perfect, as usual !

Ouvert toute l'année
1-3-5, rue Paul Cezanne, 75008, Paris, France
Hortense, painter Paul Cézanne’s muse, would obviously have been seduced by this place.
Perfectly situated, a few steps away from the Faubourg St Honoré street, the Hortense restaurant, thanks to its stylish and cosy décor, has charmed neighbourhood businessmen.
Basically modern, the light spacious room is made of small round tables and purple velvet chairs that recall the beautiful floral design of the ceiling.
In a casual, comfortable business atmosphere, you would enjoy the refined cuisine of the Chef, Jérôme Bonfanti, whose elaborated suggestions give a modern touch to the seasonal menu. Homemade duck Terrine, duck Magret with its wine sauce, Bloody Mary tuna fillet with grilled vegetables, smooth fromage frais with its red-berries coulis, Bourbon-vanilla crème brulée… Such savoury and fine preparations that would make you go in for.
