Lunch with a view! It was a very quick stop after a long tour of the forum and the Colosseum. Didn't have time to experience the full service but the pasta was delicious. I had a Cacio e pepe and my fiancé had the Carbonara. I think the carbonara was a bit overcooked but all in all it was very tasty. Service was nice, the staff was polite. Would recommend for the pasta.

Service and food was great! We loved eating infront of the Colosseum although our table was right beside the bus stop so the view kept getting interrupted. Other than that everything was amazing. We would highly recommend!

The ravioli was good and so was the pizza! The 40% off was the reason we gave it a try. Unfortunately the chocolate cake for dessert was a little dry. The atmosphere is nice as we got to watch the sun set at the colosseum.

Let us wait 40 minutes to eat the main course is not correct. Unluckily I'm not happy for the service, I will not come back again. I cannot judge the quality food, I hadn't time to eat that much

Really enjoyed this place. Great food and view and got a great deal with the fork -40%. Only slight snag is that the spirits were quite expensive (€14 for gin and tonic) so if paying full price without a discount maybe stick to the wine or beer. This is pretty typical of Italy though, and with that view you really can’t complain. Would visit again if around the coliseum.

Excellent food! We had the prosciutto with melon, pasta cacio pepe, ravioli al ragú, four-cheese pizza, vegetable soup, fish of the day, and even a hamburger! Everything was absolutely delicious! And, unlike at other restaurants in Rome, we felt very well treated! Fast, attentive, and kind service.

Lovely little place to eat with the view of the Colosseum. There is a road between and tram line but as you would expect in a capital city there was a little traffic noise but can fault the view or food already recommend to a friend for when they visit Rome later in the year *****

The caprese salads we ordered were below average to say the least — insipid. No napkins. And their servers looked tired and nonplussed. I understand it’s a tourist trap — but we figured to give it a go considering the discount (even with 40% off NOT worth it).

When you’re sat at Gran Caffè Rossi & Martini, the Colosseum is just out the window. The trolleybus blocks the view occasionally, but it’s scarcely a problem. The décor is decent: real plates, real napkins, but no stemware. The servers try to give an American customer service experience. Unlike most restaurants we tried in Roma, they have a constant stream of music playing; they were kind enough to turn it off in our room, as it was just too loud for wuiet conversation. The alcohol selection is good. The large seafood platter appetizer was delicious. The choice of second plates is limited. We only wanted some vegetable dishes for dinner, but we couldn’t get the Italian grilled vegetables we’ve come to love (zucchini, eggplant, potato, tomato, zucchini flower). The prices were very much higher than they needed to be, but the Fork discount we received brought them in line with other restaurants.

Right across the Colisseom. Used the Fork discount and that made the meal economical. The spaghetti meatballs was disappointing but the rest of the courses were fine. The service was disappointing, seemed like a lot of trainee servers working the tables inside.
