A rare pearl among our careful selection of the best addresses right now

Great food indeed, in particular the ravioli stuffed with 60 month old Parmesan cheese. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice service. Good atmosphere. Interesting dishes- creative. A bit salty and too much flavor.

After the previous night, I thought I had had the best possible Roman dining experience—no! Glass Hosteria was a revelation, and the best dining experience of my life, bar none. From the moment we were welcomed at the door by the excellent staff, and the chef came to greet us, until we left sated, astonished, grateful and delighted, the whole experience flowed like a living dream. Fellini could not have cast a scene with more richness and artful surprise. For me, highly adventurous cuisines often fall flat as they proceed from my palate to my gut—leaving me in digestive discomfort and disappointment. Here the opposite was the case; the visual and gustatory magnificence of every dish resolved into nourishment of all parts of me. I am awe-struck and so thankful Brava! Michelin, another star please!

Lovely dinner & wine, the best in Italy so far in the last 10 days we travelled from North to South. We had to visit twice in one week, highly recommend to one who is looking for innovative Italian dishes in Roma.

It is a good restaurant, but is no so good for a Michelin star restaurant. The ratio value for price is not resonabble. You wait something more from a Michelin star restaurant.

One of the best meals of our life- we have dined at 3 start Michelin restaurants and this smashed them out of the park. Service was impeccable and even the chef Christina Bowerman came out and spoke to every single person in the restaurant during the service. Food wise the white fish appetiser and Jeff tarter where perfect as well as the liquid filled parmiganio ravioli dear tuna steak and the lamb mains This was our last night in Rome otherwise we would be back the next day
