They gave me a table behind the column so I felt I was eating behind the scenes. Then, after the dessert, they brought me a pousse cafe that I thought it was a courtesy. However, when I got the check I realized the drink was billed. I complained and immediately they withdrew the charge, however it created me a bad experience.
Creative, well prepared, food. Very professional and welcoming service. Excellent seafood choices.
Highly recommended, excellent service and superb meal
Fantastic service and incredible food! Spent my birthday here and had an amazing experience. Would recommend the monkfish and crispy beef for main and the brownie for dessert! Will definitely come again if I return to Rome
A lovely restaurant on the side of the Tiber. A warm welcome to a calm and cool atmosphere, set the tone. Our waiter spoke excellent English and had a lovely sense of humour to boot! The food from the Amuse Bouchée through to the desert was beautifully cooked and just enough, not at all over the top. Not to be missed.
Everything was delicious and the service was excellent without being too intrusive. My wife and I came to Rome for her birthday weekend and this was the first restaurant we went to shortly after arriving. We got the 5-course tasting menu and we thoroughly enjoyed each dish.
Went there for my brother’s 70th Birthday. We wanted to go somewhere very special and Giulia’ didn’t let us down. From the moment we walked in the service, interior design, atmosphere, food and drinks menu were superb. Our table was by a large open window on Via Guilia, very relaxed and comfortable. The selection of breads were exquisite and the chef’s surprise tasty morsels at the start and completion of the meal were sight to behold. The a la carte meals we ordered including octopus, carrot polpette, tortellini with clams, the baccala and other fish dishes were delicately cooked with sauces akin to best restaurants you’ll find. Left satisfied and content with memories that will cherished for a long time to come. Compliments to the chef and other kitchen and floor staff!
The wait staff and sommelier were fabulous. The service went above and beyond and the wine and food pairings were excellent. I highly recommend
Lovely restaurant and amazing tasting menu!
Fantastic food, service, amazing cocktail menu and bar. Great find..................................................................
High quality, delicious food, at fair prices. The brand looks a bit middle market, but it delivers very high end premium. Every dish was spectacular. Congrats!
Excellent restaurant, extraordinary food, presentation exceptional for the center of a Roman tourist area.. All the little extras i.e. Selections of bread various little breads, house appetizer bites, after dessert coffee dessert bites.... made it that much more special, everything we ate was absolutely delicious, especially if you eat with your eyes.
A very nice place. Not too crowded, but the crowd is good. Nice service and good quality food.
The food and service is outstanding!
Interesting, entertaining and comfortable room. Welcoming, informative and attentive staff. Excellent martini. Creative and delicious meal with spirit!
The evening was a birthday dinner for myself with a friend. It could not have gone better. The food was creative, beautiful and flavorful. Our waiter, Andrea, was well versed on all the dishes and our wine steward was exceptional. We were even lucky to meet with the chef! Overall a brilliant way to end a birthday.
A wonderful find. Everything was perfect...the meal, the service, the setting. We would definitely return!
A well organized and delicious wine dinner. Management and staff were gracious, highly professional and accommodating. Thank you for a special dining experience. One we will not soon forget.
The quality of the food was excellent, but it was not really surprising. Otherwise: only praise.
