About the restaurant

Giada Food Lab & Drinks, is the ideal place to have a good breakfast reading the newspaper or to spend a relaxing lunch break, to enjoy an afternoon tea / herbal tea or to drink a sophisticated bubble at aperitif time.

We have a skilled bartender who create cocktails to match with our finger food (aperitif) and dinner food. Our herbal and flower (hibiscus, pink pepper, vanilla, genepi, ...) home-made mixtures used for drinks are produced in our laboratory. I recommend to my customers that try out Tommy's Margarita together with fresh yellowtail ceviche with avocado and red onion from Tropea, one of our special dish on the menù prepared in real time by our Chef. Other example is the Giada Flower Spritz; it is a reinterpretation of the classic Italian aperitif with the infusion of Bitter Campari and Aperol into hibiscus flowers. A perfect drink for our special beef carpaccio with yuzu sauce and algas.

Our bistro, cafeteria and cocktail bar is called Giada Food Lab & Drinks: the name is a tribute to the owner, Giada, who turns around the tables to present the restaurant with familiarity and elegance.
