I love this restaurant! I can't eat pasta that contains gluten and Fabbrica is (one of?) the only restaurant in Geneva that has gluten free pasta. The only reason I marked this meal a little lower than normal is because the gluten free pasta I had last night was not as good as usual, probably because of the ingredients used.
Excellent Italian pasta that was prepared fresh and served to the table. Definitely worth a visit.
The food was incredible!! I will go back time permitting. The only glitch was that my daughter is vegan and we told the waiter this it they still put Parmesan on her entree and main course. They fixed it, which we appreciated, but if a menu says “v” and you tell the waiter this, it was a little disappointing to have this disregarded. That said, kudos to this restaurant for having a vegan option. We wouldn’t have gone otherwise. Non-vegan me had the tortilini with chèvre and figs and it was outstanding. We also had wine by the glass—Primitivo— and it was excellent (and, at $7/glass, we each had two). This was done of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

the food there is amazing. the ambiance when you get in the restaurant is really cozy and intimate. our experience there went really great, the staff is really friendly and is willingly going to share a quick laugh with you. would totally recommend!

The place is small but got his charm! I definitely recommend anyone who loves pasta ! It isn’t your regular Italian restaurant next door. It is Way Better !

liked the place within a residential setting - warm welcome - nice setting of a real pasta place - the restaurant is divided in front and back part, we were in the latter - different atmosphere, next time, we'll ask to be seated in the front. We all liked the food, for one of the dishes we had, the explanation on the menu might need to be changed, but it was still good :) the service was good, a bit on the slow side, given the place was full and there was only one person attending in the back - would be great to have some more exclusive wines at the price they're sold - we enjoyed all the dinner and atmosphere and we'll definitely go back, sitting in the front, near the bar ????
