Beautiful traditional japanese style woodwork at the counter. We had tuna temakis, a Chirashi and an Assiète du chef. The food was delicious: the fish is really fresh, the rice is well seasoned, the nori is really umamiy. The suggested chardonnay was a good pair with food. As good japanese food, it is not cheap.
Repas au menu : palourdes (en entree) seches, le reste mediocre, sans grand raffinement, prix eleve au regard de la qualite et du quartier. Dommage !
J’adore Rien à dire de plus!
Ebisu is a nice looking restaurant, recreating what you would expect from a true sushi place in japan. I have no idea if the staff is Japanese (to me it matters, and I doubt it). My main complaint would be the prices (I’ m glad I paid less thanks to the fork’s offer, which is a 50% discount on one main dish - no starter or anything else). While the fish (raw tuna and salmon here) was better than most french sushi places it remains overpriced. It compares poorly to real Japanese places, and offers a very generic experience.

Dear Mrs, Thank you for your really bad note. The quality have a price. You find out no where our quality with our prices. You eat the same fish only in the starred restaurant. The bill isn't the same ;-)
