Delicious pasta of the day, attentive service and cool atmosphere (a little noisy though)

For myself, I expected the pasta to be really good but it was so-so. And we were also disappointed in the pizza crust. None of the deserts inspired me. However, the waiter went to the trouble of trying to make my coffee the way I like which wasn’t in the menu (Coronado) and it was good!

We were in Duchessa for a lunch and everything was perfect. A warm welcome, careful service, delicous food and very nice decoration. A place to recommend.

Really nice place with a great selection of Italian food! Awesome pizzas and delicious desserts. Amazing selection on ham/pastrami and Italian cheeses and a super welcoming staff! Well done to the new Director Pierre and look forward to seeing the next surprises of Duchessa!

Horrible service. We’ve been waiting for the main dish for almost an hour and then at 9pm the second round of serving started and we were asked to finish quickly to eat and change the seats to the other side of the restaurant, where we could still order the dessert. But we were forgotten there and no one came to us. Basically, if we didn’t ask for the bill while taking our coats, no one would even ask us to pay. And even to the bill they added two extra positions that we haven’t ordered. Two glasses of champagne for free but get extra costs to the bill. This was my first time in this restaurant and the last one. Although the atmosphere is nice, but food nothing special and absolutely unprofessional service. I’m not even talking about no toilet paper and paper towels in the toilet.

Simple Italian food yet not aligned with the high price. You pay for a brand not good quality food. Nice to go once to experience, yet not worth to go back.

Great place. Service was a little overrun yesterday (Sunday) as the pls excess full and looks like they didn’t expect that. Only point Indy’s to like - they put wines on the menu with a specific vintage, then they bring you the same wine but with a (very) different vintage, but price is still the same... first a wine list in a restaurant like this simply has to put the correct vintages in the wine menu as this obviously makes a huge different, and in case one vintage is sold out they have to tell you right away and not bring the bottle and hope you don’t see it...

I’m originale from Emilia, Ward living vero close to Parma. The food is good as a whole but does not live up to expectations. The quality of pasta, in particular, can be improved. The portions are however very large, a typical aspect of Emilian cuisine. The ambiente is really good and my cocktail was sublime. The really unpleasant aspect was the service: frequent misunderstandings and inaccuracies, little savoir faire. Will give them anorher chance next spring..
