Food and ambience good but the worst service I can recall in a restaurant for a long time. Extremely slow, rude and inattentive staff led to a really poor and disappointing experience.

Superb meat! Every time I try a new cut and I am not disappointed. The service was a bit slow today, though, but the place is worth the wait. Dessert was amazing (baba au rhum)

Very nice and cool atmosphere, nicely decorated, but a cold French onion soup and a service that is not standardized among tables? No further comments needed.

We eat here regularly, however today the service was particularly poor. Several times we had to call for the waiter’s attention and then when we finally ordered, the staff rushed the food out, clearly keen to use the table for the next guests.

Not worth the frustratingly awful service, My $79 filet was delicious but sadly the neglectful service left a bad taste in our mouths Service beyond poor, My wine glass was empty for over half the meal and was never offered another, our water ran out a little after that and never refilled (although they charged us $12 for tap? Never brought butter or bread plates until we asked. our food was dropped off and no one came back or even acknowledged ur table until we had to flag someone down for the check.

Disappointed by the meat. The filet was not tender and t-bone over cooked while we asked rare. Overpriced in our view as you must pay for your sides.

A dead mosquito was found in my towel. Chicken Fillet was with blood. Rest of the meals were Good.

Very good meat, on the pricey side, but worth it considering the good service and setting. Had a great T-bone and an absolutely excellent Pintia (red wine).

The meat was excellent. The fish was not fresh. Fries are just frozen ones. Overall very good but for such prices they should be excellent not just good. I shouldn’t omit mentioning the sommelier chose an exceptional wine.

We had the menu du jour. Rillettes, fish main, dessert. Good value at CHF39. Extensive wine list, quite expensive (this is Switzerland, after all). We had a white Rhône, which was very good. Polite, attentive service. Tasty food, not too fussy. Lots of Business lunchers. Recommended.

Flew from London for the day just to eat here. Some of the best steak I’ve had. Great service too. You get what you pay for so freak yourself. If you’re visiting Geneva then we’ll worth a visit. You won’t be dissapointed

The entrance as well as the wines were really excellent. Unfortunately, the chicken from the main dish was a bit burned. That's why I can't grade the restaurant as excellent

Fantastic and friendly service, which is always a treat in Switzerland ;) The food was excellent, simply done but with fantastic flavour, and everything really perfectly cooked. Zero problem catering to a gluten allergy, either.

Excellent food, good atmosphere. Lunchtime service was somewhat slow and it was not too easy to attract staff’s attention - yet they were helpful and knowledgeable when available.
