This restaurant offers old Parisian style atmosphere and located in the best part of central Paris on the Right bank. The wait staff are charming and friendly. The sole is absolutely fantastic and served paired with truffle mashed potatoes.
Stunning restaurant! Our service was wonderful and we enjoyed the cuisine very much.
Not very enthousiastic. Food was okay, service should be improved. We booked a table for two for Christmas, three weeks in advance, but when arriving at the restaurant we were told that we should sit outside ( on a chilly December evening). Only after showing a bit of annoyance we got a table inside, in fact a table for four, so before our first course was served we were asked to move to another table that was supposed to be a better choice for us (and would of course allow the restaurant to place four other people). Fine, but be sincere or get organised. Then we ordered a bottle of red Medoc. Excellent choice, but the first glass was poured in a not yet emptied glass of white wine and part of the rest of the wine was spoiled at our table cloth, without any apologies whatsoever. Intervals between courses were extremely long. When leaving, staff could not easily find our coats. One was lying on the floor, the other was given some other visitor's number.
This restaurant was wonderful! The staff were very welcoming, and the food was delicious. The ambience couldn’t be any more charming too. Will definitely be back.
I made a reservation at your restaurant before traveling to Paris as it had been highly recommended by a friend. Upon arrival I was told that I had to sit outside. It’s winter so naturally I said no. I was treated quite rudely by the host who then explained that I could sit alone near the bar but wouldn’t let me sit in the dining room. I insisted to sit in the dining room given that I had a reservation and again he quite rudely told me that I had up to an hour then to use my table because he had many reservations that night as if mine did not count. It was an incredibly poor experience and I chose to leave... Regardless of party size you should treat all of your customers with respect. A solo diner is no different.
Very nice restaurant but I had a very bad experience with the white fish I ordered: it smelled of ammonia and I sent back the dish. They offered me another white fish: this time the fish was fresh but not well cooked, the blood was in the dish and I had been forced to left half a portion. They had been kind but I would not recommed this place to other people.
Amazing place... Amazing people! Charmant...
I’d usually leave 10-20 eur tip but since the waitress added herself 1 euro per person to the amount to pay per card (ie 2 euros since we were two) she lost 18 euros...
Very nice outdoor seating. Always a good menu from starter to main to dessert.
The setting is beautiful and the food delicious. The servers were lovely but we had booked a table at 12 specifically because they advertise breakfast until 12:15, but when we went to order we were told breakfast was over, even though we were within time. The lunch we had instead was absolutely beautiful, but we wanted breakfast! Not to mention lunch is twice the price!
Lovely inside where we opted to eat... nice menu although not large. Portion sizes good... English speaking... pricey, think this is to be expected...
Lovely location for al fresco dining . Beautiful service , meals were exquisite, atmosphere sublime . Lovely afternoon spent relaxing
Very nice place, food was good.
Great food and great service. Very cozy restaurant.
The wait staff was very helpful with the menu and making recommendations. Outside dining is beautiful and the food delicious.
Good food, slightly cramped seats and reasonable service.
One of the most darling and romantic restaurants I’ve dined at in Paris. The chateaubriand is wonderful. Very friendly service and extremely reasonable prices with a surprisingly good wine list. Do not miss this Parisian gem.
Great location; handsome building- intriguing interior- great wait staff and most of all delicious food and drinks!
