Cuttlefish tagliatelle and crisp vegetables
Perfumed with yuzu, daïkon turnips and shiso
Cajun spices and tamarind
One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. There outdoor setting was special, and the food was even better. The staff was courteous and professional, and everything was perfect for my mom's birthday.
it was really a good experience
Très bon restaurant
1. Chaotic. We arrived 13 minutes late but our table was still not ready. The place was far from full. 2. Slow service. We ordered before sitting down. We told the waiters to bring the food as soon as it was ready. A salad and an asparagus dish took over 20 minutes to arrive. Yet more waiting for water. The main dishes came about 30 minutes later. 3. Payment issues. Different receipts, complications with refunds. We were a relatively special case but there was no focus on letting us go on with our lives. 4. As usual in Paris, go for the noble meats like veal, avoid countryside dishes like pork and expect the classic rendition of fish.
The food was good. The ambiance was excellent. The service was sub-par. I dined there with my 3 very well-behaved foodie children when the restaurant was nearly empty. The few tables of tipsy diners around us were much, much louder than our quiet party. Our server, while polite, was nowhere to be found most of the evening. We felt unwelcome all evening even though my kids are used to visiting fine dining establishments and they ordered full-price adult meals from the regular menu (not from the single “children’s menu” that was shoved in front of me upon arrival). We waited forever to pay our bill at the end (because again, our server had disappeared for 30 minutes) and finally had to wait at the host desk for 10 minutes for somebody to take our payment. The garden was so lovely, I’d love to go there again someday, but maybe just for a drink. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place for families.
Une excellente table, un beau lieu et un service impeccable.
Excellent repas en famille. Je le recommande.
Chewy calamary, dirty floor... Not happy
Excellent food but overpriced
We believe that the food is just one of the part of having a good experience. The biggest part for us was how the staff attended nicely to us, how they welcomed us and explained briefly the content of our food. The nonstop asking if we liked the food and if things are fine, which made us feel like we are being taken care of. That we can say an exquisite experience. The best quality of service and a true culinary with heart. Thanks to our server that night! We loved it and will surely come back to this place.
Catastrophe, très médiocre
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The manager provided excellent service. The manager and staff were very attentive to our needs.
Duck was somehow quite tough to chew - not sure if this was intentional, but it was the toughest piece of duck I’ve had for a long time. Otherwise, the rest of the dishes (especially the squid ink pasta/risotto) were fantastic.
Je ne recommande pas du tout !!!
Very quite restaurant) no music at all) perfect place for private talks) cuisine, service, location is perfect)
Super dinner with girlfriend!

Exquisite tastes and a striking design, Camélia is a very modern restaurant. Located on the ground floor and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Camélia’s relaxed ambiance and beautiful design is the perfect setting for Thierry Marx’s original take on traditional French cuisine.
Using the freshest ingredients possible, our Culinary Director has invented a choice of delicious dishes in tune with our busy times. Savour our superb menu, which for breakfast, also features some enticing Japanese specialties. In addition, Thierry Marx has created a menu of seasonal dishes “Daily Marx”, available during weekdays at lunch between 12:30 and 2.30pm. Alternatively, book a table for the afternoon and enjoy a range of mouth-watering patisseries.
Overlooking our peaceful garden, Camélia is a light filled space with beautiful stone and wood floors, and intricate detailing. During the summer months, guests are invited to enjoy our stunning landscaped garden for a very special experience, La Table du Jardin, which welcomes between 6 to 8 diners. Due to limited table availability on the terrace, reservations are offered on a first come first serve basis.
