Lovely restaurant with great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our evening! The food was good mostly the Beef bourguignon was really good and the desert was gorgeous but the steak and fries were average we couldn't finish it. Maybe it was an odd evening. Overall we loved it.

It’s always like coming home when we dine at Cafe des Musee. The boeuf bourguignon rivals any served elsewhere, the prices are reasonable and the service relaxed and friendly. Be sure to reserve ahead for a Friday or Saturday night, of course.

Waiter rushed us, made us order entire meal immediately. Rib eye steaks were inedible, ,beef bourignon and vegetable salad were good. No one asked if our dinners were ok....in and out in 45 minutes,

Fantastic food, such great flavour. The Boeuf Bourguinon is meant to be the best in Paris and we have to agree that it’s exceptional. The cod was great too. The service was excellent too.

I had the beef bourguignon it was fabulous - but the mushrooms stuffed w/snails as an entree were bland-The mushrooms were good I have only had snails a few times so not a good judge. Shoulder of lamb was very very good. Did not have desert as we were satiated

The food was very good (starters, main and dessert). The service was very helpful even if the stuff did not English too well. French seating atmosphere.

The charm of a traditional bistro, but also the drawbacks: very heavy cuisine and a strong emphasis on meat dishes - though one of our party had a lovely cod dish with fresh herbs and vegetables

Way above the average local cafe fare. Excellent price point as well. Be sure to book ahead; this place fills up with both locals and tourists who have heard about it from lots of well know food writers.

Terrific. Very attentive service and welcoming, giving us the one available table. Waiter suggested a different, and shockingly cheaper, bottle of wine. It was quite good. Good was very good too; our bad that ordered three of the same thing. Should have experimented a bit.

We ate here 2 nights ago and the braised beef was amazing and the service fast. Tonight meal was horrible and it took 2 hours to get our meal.

Lovely French food, the beef borigiugnon was fantastic, loved the mushroom stuffed with snails, great bread as one would expect and nice service. Lots of Americans tonight but they handled some not so easy to deal with ones well.
