Lo stile è quello delle tapas gourmet, il che qui significa: prodotti di qualità, proposte svincolate dalla classica successione del menu all’italiana, ma che anzi guardano in modo sfizioso anche piatti internazionali. Il tutto in un locale suddiviso su due livelli (piano strada e soppalco), che nella mise en place sposa il minimalismo (tovaglie e runner sono “out”). Ideale per una cena di lavoro, a due o fra amici, con una bella musica di sottofondo. Da gennaio verrà inaugurata la formula DDD (déjeuner du dimanche): la domenica dalle 12 alle 15 il locale resterà aperto e proporrà una sorta di formula brunch, articolata in 7 proposte.

I proprietari sono fautori di una cultura del buono cosmopolita, che nel menu fa trionfare invitanti mise en bouche (ad esempio la Pappa col pomodoro e stracciatella di bufala, la Frisella con tonno, ciliegini e cipolla rossa o l’Hummus di ceci o di piselli), profumate zuppe (come la Thai con latte di cocco). Posto d’onore alle Tartare di carne fassona piemontese, con accompagnamenti classici o più personali, come la Portofino con pinoli e pesto o la Cancun, con guacamole, peperoncino, menta e lime.

    Food original, specialty tartare in various ways. Also antipasti and deserts very nice. Service good and kind. (A dish I ordered did never arrive but was present in n the bill ☹️)

    Friendly service, and delicious food! We had a diverse selection of food and it was all outstanding. Everyone who worked there was quite lovely. I am visiting from the states or I would certainly return!

    New opened restaurant sèecialized in meat tartares: they are delicious, as long as the semifreddo. It's a small place, just a little bit too noisy
