Great staff, services and great food
We had the degustation menu. Everything was perfect. Only minor criticisms would be on the ‘boiled fish’ which was ok, but didn’t give us the wow factor that every other dish did. And the beef, which we asked to be blue and rare and ended up being rare and medium rare. But we are fussy! Staff are great. Eat there soon!

Amazing restaurant with excellent food. The staf and service it’s great and the level of attention / detail is extraordinary. Parking Valet for your car is a nice touch that makes you feel special every time you go to Brugman. Overall was an amazing evening and I really recommend this Restaurant :)
The host was very nice. Everything looked very nice, the food was OK but for that price I expect more then OK. The star of the main dish was cooked near to perfection, the consistency of the mash was perfect and then... they added salt, buckets and buckets of salt and that's basically the flavor you get salt, salt and more salt.
Booked a table for my wife's birthday. We had some drinks at the bar on first floor. Bartender was really great. Dinner was to die for. Service, presentation, quality. Nothing to complain about. It's a pity they don't already have their first Michelin star because they really deserve it! Would recommend again and again!
A most enjoyable experience.
A little bit pricey for the experience and food served. Service is attentive but at this level of price I was expecting something more in terms of plate presentation and discovering new flavours.
A beautiful setting , staff were welcoming and attentive at the beginning of the evening . However main dish was lamb on a bed of lentils, taste was uniform and uninteresting resulting in all four members of the group feeling disappointed with their choice. I had contacted the restaurant prior to our reservation to say we had one member of the group that had lactose and gluten intolerance and was assured this would be accomadated. The staff remembered this fact on our arrival but forgot by serving a desert with lactose ingredients and gluten bread to the client who had the allergy . The menu needs to have imaginative ingredients that excites the taste buds and the floor and kitchen staff need to coordinate their efforts so that clients with allergies can be accommodated safely .
Sunday lunch time, the terrace gives you the feeling of countryside although in the center of Bruxelles. 6 course, all very good apart from the filet, too tough. But the chef was very generous: Replacement and an additional course for free. Great attitude. We will come again
