Excellent comme d’habitude !
Very good food matched with very interesting wines
Nice place. Vegetarian friendly place. Too much noise... I like the place. But: Less vegetarian friendly than a few months ago. No vegetarian cheese. As a vegetarian I had the feeling that some ingredients were replaced with less adequate vegetarian ingredients. The focus is not anymore on vegetarian cooking and it is rather strange for a vegan chef... Management is emotional because we reported that the wine card is overly expensive. I was with somebody who knows something on the wines and he took 10 minutes to find a wine around 50 euros. It is not normal to pay 100,150,200 for a good wine... Don't bother us 10 minutes that you buy expensive wines. A bottle around 50 should be found easily and it is not the case. You said price by 3 but it is a lie...It is min mult by 4. 398 for 4 8 dishes + dessert + 2 coffees 2 Sancerre 50 % reduction It is an expensive restaurant. The price imho is overly expensive (as the wines).
A delicious meal! We tried the 6 course menu. Every dish was a beautiful, tasteful, exquisite discovery. The end of season tomato starter was perfectly balanced, the poached egg pickled sauce and mustard leaves is to be tasted once in a lifetime, the open ravioli was absolutely delicious and finally the faisant with almonds and kale... perfect! Thank you Chef Damien Bouchéry, for such a lovely moment.
Very nice atmosphere, food was very good ans the service perfect. It is quite expensive but justified by the quality of the meal
Great restaurant! The tasting menu had excellent quality, was tasty and interesting. The staff was super attentive and professional. We sat in the lovely garden. In short, all was perfect!
Great set up and outdoor atmosphere. Food is original but high quality ingredients and tasty.
Juste parfait !
A very pleasant place. I went with my young daughter and a friend. They don’t have a chair for a baby, but they were kind to bring a normal chair for her. We were sitting outside, where is a beautiful terrace with a tree and bushes. We chose to eat 6 small plates (including entrée, plat, desert). Entrée was a bit strange, several small snacks pretending to be an experimental cuisine. Apart from that the rest was good, the main dish was delicious. The desert was balanced (sour plums and sweet sorbet). I would definitely recommend it. A high level. Thank you.
A gem of a restaurant, in a very quaint neighbourhood. The staff at Bouchery were very welcoming and friendly. It was a busy Monday night, and we were initially made to wait quite a bit, but it improved as the evening wore on. The wine was excellent, and the tasting menu was very rich in flavours. All in all, a great place to explore your tastes.
Preferred restaurant in Brussels. Seasonal and local fresh vegetables and products. Nice atmosphere. Super good staff and service. Definitely worth a visit!
Excellent food, great service, top night out in this restaurant. Beautiful terrace available in sunny days. Amazing wine menu with incredible choice.
Service beaucoup trop long.
Extremely well thought out and structured menu. A lot of attention to detail. ... a real gem. Would have preferred a little more reactive service. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend. From the beginning to the end, the surprise menu was surprising. Ranging from unorthodox ingredients to most well known ones but mastered.
Prime choice of ingredients, culinary research and mastering of techniques are combined in the menu dégustation offered by the Chef Bouchery. Dishes are inventive, well prepared and innovative, combining different tastes and always using high-quality farm Ingredients. Wines are natural-tasting and sommelier ‘s advice is precious as the wine list is huge. Everything is homemade, including bread and cheese, both gorgeously tasting! Everything is completed by kind, competent and friendly staff and a dinner served in a little cosy and quiet garden. A true gem in Brussels!
