"Can you imagine the cuisine of the Celts, Romans, and Moors that, over the centuries, occupied the lands of León and Zamora? Each contributed an essential ingredient: the hunting of the Celts, garlic and oil of the Romans, the pastries of the Arabs..., essential elements for elaborating the master recipes of the gastronomy of León and Zamora.

In Barandales all this tradition has been collected to bring it to the heart of Madrid and contribute to that increasingly more people enjoy the gastronomy of Zamora and León, fruit of thousand mergers.
