The restaurant is very well put and set, the dishes are good. However the service wasn’t great and weren’t very hospitable. Having lived in Beijing for 3 years and being at such a nice restaurant I did not like the fact that Pekín duck crepes were prepared beforehand when tradition wants it for the guests to prepare their crepes individually.

This Chinise restaurant is said to be one of the best in Madrid, and it does not disappoint. Excellent Pekin duck, which is already prepared by them (first time I have seen that). Although I have been to better Chinise restaurants in other cities, this one is a good choice.

Irregular. Duck salad had almost no duck. Mushi much smaller than on previous occasions (but good). Sautéed lobster was way too salty, I didn’t like it. Black cod was excellent. Pretty good service and beautiful setting.

About the restaurant

"It is no coincidence that the Hotel Westin Palace from Madrid and its more than century-old history house this imperial temple of Asian food. Or that its name is a reflection of the long legacy of the cuisine from the far East. Asian Gallery is its name.

Imagine a crispy crab with salt and Szechuan pepper, with the taste of an ancient gastronomic culture. Pekinese lacquered duck, served as a half ration, won't do more than finish to fascinate your palate. And for a sweet finale, try the tapioca with coconut and mango ice cream. Exquisite huh?

Luxury, history and high Asian cuisine. Three features that make Asia Gallery a real treasure in the heart of the Spanish capital. However, three features are not enough to transmit everything that awaits you at the table. To experience its magic, book your table!"
