Bravo! Exceptional service and courses! A fine dining experience!
It is one of the finest restaurants in the world. You really have a good time and you don’t leave heavy. It is a real treat. I was the past five days I eat in 3 star michelin restaurants and Alliance was the best. Well balance in all. Really the best of Paris and it’s surroundings.
Wonderful experience Very inovative. Great meal
Very inventive food, and some really successful alliances, but the balance was not always there.
The food was incredibly good! Pricey, but definitely worth it! My boyfriend and I had an awesome evening and would definitely go there again!
A star for (may be too much) hospitality, not a star for the dishes
On its way to more stars - this meal was delicious and inventive!
Just amazing. Excellent service. Outstanding food and presentation. Paris diamond!
Alliance is our favorite restaurant in Paris. The food, wine and service are consistently suburb.
From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel right at home. Each dish was extremely well presented and the wine pairing was perfect.
Delicious food, I suggest it can be more dishes and less dessert. Overall, it is good.
Wonderful restaurant that catered especially to my wife who is vegan. Each dish was masterfully prepared and the attention to the little details were gratifying. Service was perfect and it was a very special way to spend our anniversary. Many thanks to Chef Omiya and staff for hosting such a wonderful evening for my wife and me.
Excellent discovery. To be recommended!
This was a complete gourmet experience from the moment we sat down. I had let the restaurant know ahead that I was Coeliac when I booked and we did not need to mention it again. We had the eight course degustation and to say that my intolerance issues were met underplays the elegance and flavours that the chef mastered throughout the menu. It was eight courses of gastronomic pleasure.
Outstanding! A perfect meal! The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable! Can't wait to go again!
Incredibly good. We went for our wedding anniversary. We gave up trying to figure out how the flavours and textures were achieved, and just enjoyed the combinations. And we keep on arguing about the best dish of the night - no clear winners so far. The wine pairing was incredibly good and very unusual (abalone with Alsacian Pinot Noir). We should have skipped the cheese, it was brilliant, but just a bit too much. Highly recommended.
