A rare pearl among our careful selection of the best addresses right now

An excellent restaurant. The food is excellent, and the service is attentive and ready to make your experience as good as they can. Be ready to spend a minimum of 25 EUR per person if you want a complete meal. Totally worth it, though.

Nice and cosy little restaurant focusing on tapas. We shares several ones and they were nicely presented and tasteful. Unfortunately not all the drinks on the card were available (I had to change my choice twice). As in the touristic neighbourhood, prices are at the higher end.

Good dishes, a bit pricy for Barcelona but very good quality. Service could have been a bit better as the restaurant was clearly understaffed and we were waiting very long to order

The food in general was really nice. The vibe was good and the restaurant was well appointed. The bacallà fritters and the ham were amazing.

We ate at this restaurant as a party of four and each of us had a fantastic meal. The starters and mains and desserts were superb and personally must rate in my top 3 meals of all time. The 2 chefs were on show within the restaurant and worked hard and efficiently all evening. Each course brought a smile to our faces and we toasted the chefs at the end of the meal. Well done to everyone at the restaurant who made our evening one to remember. Well done ????

I have dined at Agust before, the restaurant having a good reputation for seafood, and enjoyed it a lot but had neglected to review it. Having revisited it this month I will provide a positive commentary. I had my meal at 11 p.m. so the restaurant and diners were winding down. My aperitif was the waiter’s own twist on the mojito with raspberry and cranberry instead of mint, which was interesting but not as refreshing as a standard mojito. The starter was a very fine duck foie gras and toast. The fish of the day was very tasty but the centre was quite raw so I wasn’t able to complete it. There was an extremely tasty creme brûlée with coconut ice cream. All in all it was a good quality meal for under €50 and I would highly recommend the Agust to fish loving diners.

Declining quality making this visit a dissapointment. Food quality not even close to the ambitious price level. Food is not bad, it is just below average for Barcelona. And, when the service is lacking too, then we would rather go back to Casa Delfin or Bar Lobo.
